Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room with great full breakfast in renovated home next door. Enjoyed hot tub after hiking in nearby Zion and Bryce Canyon Nat'l Parks. Next to Interstate with lots of food, fuel and convenience choices in Cedar City. Great central location to enjoy southern Utah sites.
Nice room, great value. Good breakfast. Very friendly front desk. Room smelled a bit when we arrived, had to air it out. Once we did it was fine.
We were pleased with our room's cleanliness and decor, which appeared to have a decidedly masculine slant - dark woods and modern lines. Bath was very clean and towls soft and fluffy. I had noticed on the orientation paper that there was a Breakfast House and just thought it was a different way of referring to breakfast in the lobby. Not so...it's an actual house adjoiing the property. How cool is that! All in all, a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. I understand the use of water softening chemicals, but not to the extent that the water feels slimy, as was the case here. Forget about having a glass of water on the nightstand. The bathroom fan, if there was one, was nonfunctional, which was a minor inconvenience. So I reported at check out and was pleased to see the front desk make an immediate note of it.
The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed!! Breakfast was very good also.
One of the best places I've ever stayed. I checked in after 10pm and the staff was extremely happy and made us feel welcome instantly. The rooms were large, spacious, and clean!! If you want a good breakfast you can go to ihop right next door, but don't waste your money. The Abbey inn has a fantastic full breakfast that's included in your stay.the food is great, the staff is extremely nice, and the rooms are great. I've found my new temporary home in cedar city.
Location, price Unclean carpeting (made our feet black!)
This was the third time we have stayed at the Cedar City Knights Inn. It is perfect for one night stop over. The The only negative is that there is only one ice machine at the end of the building.
We were put in a room that was clearly not ready. There was no handle on the bathroom door and the curtains did not cover the window and you could see right into our room! I tried calling the front desk several times with no answer. In the morning when i told the front desk they just said"okay". There was no apology or compensation.
All of it Hot tub hours
The hotel was great - clean, safe, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Perfect place for a quick stop while heading to Zion and Bryce Canyon the next day.
Didnt know that part of the hotel was under construction, inconvenient. They did comp a free room next stay but the time line is too short to be useful. See above
This hotel was clean and relatively new. The rooms were large enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast was good. We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater. There was only one person on duty at the front desk and she was unable to resolve the issue. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to get a different room.
Nothing the place was a dump. Hot tub was broke the owner was like it's cold and has no intention on fixing it. They rebooked my room in the middle of the first night so I had a visitor. I thought $60 a night was cheap for a ramada well now I know why.
Comfortable bed, easy access from freeway. Could have been a little more cleaner in bathroom
Accommodations were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The outside was a little run down and the pool was out of service.
The staff seemed friendly, the room was quiet, the pillows were good, and the WiFi worked. Breakfast was average. The room number on the door was a piece of paper that was taped over the previous chain's room number plaque. Apparently Ramada bought the hotel back in October and hasn't bothered to actually switch the room plaques in 8 months, so the tape holding on the paper covers is no longer sticky and they are flapping in the wind. The pipes rattled in the wall every time I turned on the sink. The shower curtain had a tear in it. The bathroom in the lobby was filthy, and they had a glade air freshener setting on the counter to attempt to cover the scent. In the breakfast area, part of the floor is uneven and not adhered to the floor properly, so I nearly tripped moving through the area.
Oh my, where to begin?! I had such a relaxing stay that I wish everywhere were as great! It was a terrific experience from the moment Charity greeted me at the front desk, to the moment I discovered I had the option to using their sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, or eating at their attached resraurant. But the real amazement occurred when I walked into my room and was floored by the square footage, full bath, vanity, fridge and microwave, super comfy bed and pillows and soft linens, and sofa. I heard baby crying next door and the parking lot was slippery without being prepared with proper winter attire.
My friend and I stayed here for the night on our way to Brian Head resort. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. The room was small, but cozy. I rated them one less star on cleanliness, only because the cleaner forgot to throw away the bar of soap in the shower from the previous guest. I would stay here again if we go back to Brian Head.
The price was good for the time of year. The only reason I picked this hotel to stay at is because the pictures show and indoor pool and spa and that was not the case once we checked in.
Basic, low-cost hotel room. The plumbing is noisy. When the other room uses the shower or toilet, you really hear it.
The staff was very nice. The hotel overall wasn't very clean. My room door was very beat up. Paint on the bathroom door and hair was in the bath tub. The floors seem stained All over.
Great place for the money. It was cheap so I was expecting a dive, but the place was quite nice.
The room was spacious and well maintained. The hall and stairs were being repaired which was needed.
Check in was at the hotel next door. Front desk did not have our on line booking. Very slow to check people in. Staff gave us key to wrong hotel. Staff was overwhelmed. The only saving grace of this hotel is that it cheap and it has a waffle machine.
Staff was friendly I families that were there were out of control and very loud. The breakfast room in the morning had children unattended and they were destroyingbthe room. We left to get breakfast somewhere else. Not a good stay. Also the beds were very hard.
WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST VERY COMPLETE; ONLY IS EXPENSIVE
We just stayed one night, but the room had everything we needed; fridge, microwave, separate area for 2 children, iron, blow dryer. Comfortable, cheerful decor, friendly staff. Just what we needed.
Staff members at the front desk were very nice and friendly. no, not really.
We have stayed at 7 other locations in Cedar City, and found this the nicest one yet. It is a new hotel, and the decor, furnishings, cleanliness, amenities, service are top notch. The 'hot' breakfast is the usual preformed egg patties and make your own waffles, but they do have hot oatmeal. The beds are very comfortable, and the windows in the room open all the way for ventilation. The rooms are divided by a partition wall to provide a sitting area with couch and desk. Conveniently located near I15, and everything in Cedar City is just a short drive.
The room was clean and comfortable, and for our room being nearly next to elevator it was rather quiet. Front desk was polite and knowledgeable. We found bandaids in pool & in the room booklet about the hotel & local area It lacked any info about local food spots. I wouldn't have wanted to talk to the front desk about food options while trying to include my family on the decision.
Nice place. Loved the stay! Price.. Break fast was busy and they ran out of some of the idems
It was clean with large rooms. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was great. No
Great Hotel !! Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and very professional
Clean. Up to date. Well equipped. The mattress was like sleeping on a sponge--wash to soft, leaning to one side. Too bad.
The rooms were big and clean, service was great and I am planning on staying at this hotel again in the future. I thought that the breakfast was very good.
My wife like this hotel best of those on our trip. It was a suite, which made it apartment-like No.
Room was clean and very nice with couch/pull out bed. Even had 2 closets and breakfast buffet was really good.
This hotel far exceeded our expectations. From an oversized room, outdoor gas fire pit and barbeque in the evenings to vegetable gardens for the guests to pick and eat. The staff was helpful and friendly. The morning hot breakfast had many selections.
They have a garden in which you can pick and keep fruits and vegetables you pick and a master Gardner. They have an evening barbecue and s'mores . They also offer free guided hikes. The staff ,was excellent and barbecue host very personable, We could hear loud plumbing noise when people showered in next door room.
Staff was very friendly. There were nice extras.

This Best Western should be the standard for all of them. We loved the box gardens, patio, and evening cookout! The rooms are all recently redone, very roomy. If you visit in the next two or three weeks (mid October) get a cantaloupe out of the garden! Nope.
Outdoor barbeque was wonderful and the attending employees were the best!!
Newly remodeled. Very clean. Great new 'backyard' with fire pit large chess set, pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were closed, so we enjoyed the chess game and making s'mores. Have stayed at 'many hotels' in Cedar, this is by far the best one. Wish the pool had been open!
Near SUU Beds could be better

Location. An added bonus was the grilled brats and garden-grazing supper. Would love to have seen a reduced price for single motel guests.
The overall facility was very clean and the room was also very clean. The owners were very pleasant and we completely enjoyed our visit. The breakfast was definitely good. Though I can't say what the other rooms might have been like, I doubt you could go wrong at all if the same attention is paid to all of the others.
outstanding breakfast facilities and staf
The price, the room was comfortable, the location was convenient. No.
Staff was friendly. Fridge and microwave were dirty. Pillows were super tiny. Very thin blanket. Bathroom looked grungy, tub wouldn't plug, pool was grungy around the edge tiles. I could have had the same thing at half the price at a hotel 6. Quality inn was not even close to quality.
quiet, easy to find, and near Zion and Bryce, excellent breakfast
The room was comfortable enough, and the breakfast was pretty good. The bedspread really needed to be washed.
For me location No
Eas to get to. Room had a wet floor, mini fridge unplugged along with coffee maker and lamp. Bathroom had used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Exhaust was filthy with dirt falling from it. When I informed the front desk said no manager was available for 2
Very clean good service friendly staff All good
Front desk had a great check in person Very dirty room especially the carpet and bedding, outside doors did not lock, and did not have a hot breakfast. It looked like a motel 6 but I think motel 6's were actually cleaner.
Room was nice, great location, good service The bathtub was patched and looked gross but was clean.
The double queen room was nice. We had plenty of room to stretch out after a long travel. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast at Denny's with the hotel discount.
I liked that the hotel was right off the freeway, but tucked in a corner so it wasn't noisy. Parking and Wi-fi were free. The hot tub was also open, which was great. BED BUGS! Found, captured a bed bug on our wall, took it to the front desk. Clerk was no help, and wouldn't let us speak with a manager. We found his # on google - he was RUDE and hung up. We ended up sleeping in our car instead of with the bed bugs.
People lurking around in hallways. Side door not locked. Stair carpeting disgustingly dirty. Old tube style tvOS so bad they were almost not viewable. Told staff the hotel was unsafe and they just looked at me. Glad to get out of there. Shameful!
Pool and hot tub, big grassy area for dogs, comfortable beds and room. Limited breakfast options.
Price. This is ok for one night. But not for more days. The pillows felt like logs. The maid service was always late in the day. The TV was old and hard to see. The 'breakfast' was stale donuts and coffee. They did have a walfle machine but twice we had to wait for the employees to use it. Overall Not Good.
Hotel room was dirty. Toilet was not clean and was gross.
Location Thin walls - especially the doors to the (very loud) hallway. Forget about trying to take an afternoon nap - the housekeeping staff went about their (very loud) business without concern for guests.
