Cons (-) We were placed in a handicap room with walk in shower, the shower over flowed and entire bathroom floor was flooded every time we showered. We had to call multiple times for extra towels to dry the floor. The channels on the tv kept going in and out which is frustrating when you're trying to watch a game. Pros (+) Being right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean was great! Heated pools and hot tub were nice to have since we came in winter months and ocean was cold. Also liked having a full fridge and microwave in room.

Pros (+) We came for our anniversary with the intention of getting a nice room on the beach especially for the amount charged for the room but instead we got a motel like room with an horrible view of the parking lot it took all I had not to busy out in tears..
