Besides its convenient location, this motel was not as expected. It was very old and dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the carpet looked as if it had never been shampooed. The walls were dirty and the air was not very pleasant. The room was smelling like a sewer. There was no hangers, iron, nor ironing board available. There were only two bath towels and there were 4 of us (myself, wife, 2 small children). Luckily, we brought some of our own towels. Both mattresses had 'caved in' at the middle section and we could feel the springs poking our backs. It was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep. I requested to be on the first floor but we were put on the third floor because they ran out of rooms. The elevator was broken so we had to drag our luggages up two flights of stairs. The price was way too high for a room like that. I will never stay at this Seabreeze Inn again.

The Seabreeze Inn is the most disgusting Inn/Hotel/Motel I have ever encountered in my 33 years of traveling, both domestic and abroad. This Inn is filthy, low quality, and frankly isn't worth your effort...I would recommend sleeping in your vehicle over staying at this location. The manager was not available for comments upon our departure and if we didn't arrive at 11:30 PM, we definitely would have sacrificed the up-front payment to look for another hotel. If this is your only option for the evening, day, week, etc., please try to find something else. We didn't feel safe in the surroundings, didn't sleep under the covers, wore shoes in the room (floor was filthy); I hope my bad experience will save you a similar fate.

To all, please check reviews on a hotel before booking on line. The sheets were torn and didn't have a fitted sheet and mattress was worn and not comfortable at all.It was cold the days we stayed there and the heater didn't work. The room was not properly clean and a paint job doesn't hide repairs to the walls and floors were in need of replacement.I'm disgusted with the whole idea of even writting this review but maybe this will let you decide to check hotels before you deal with them. Low cost is about the only thing this place can say for itself. It was so horrible we didn't even stay the night and although the rooms were not only unsafe (black ducktape covering a messed up cord on a/c) and disgusting the clerk refused to refund us so we cut our losses and stayed at a MUCH better hotel for practically the same price that was just down the road. I am not one to complain over petty stuff but this hotel is really horrible. Sheet rock falling off the ceiling in our room, rusted up top on refrigerator, half the lamps did not work, towel bar broke off the wall and just laying on the counter etc. Plus very sketchy activity in nearby rooms. Please do not stay here!
