This is an extra special place. You need some new categories here to describe it. It feels like a secret private beach away from everything. Its extraordinary. The location is beyond gorgeous. The rooms ? i have never seen anything so chic, beautifully carefully curated, designed and comfortable. This without doubt is a once in a lifetime place to stay. Its impossible to put in words really so i hope these help. I truly believe this hotel isn't going to be a secret for long. If you need a real holiday...naps....hammocks...sound of wind sending you to sleep...rest....this is nirvana.
The only drawback is the restaurant and food. The hotel is basically on its own beach so you really have to eat there. The standard of service by the front staff is excellent. This isn't matched by the restaurant and bar. The staff try hard but are chaotic...messy...forgetful. OK to be honest kind of dreadful service. Breakfast is great but all the rest of food is average. Like fried frozen food and dressed up bar snacks. For such a wonderful place its a shame...and you really are stuck with no other options. It feels surprising for a country and area that is known for good food the restaurant is a c+. There is a confusing area for hotel guests that seats only groups of 7 to 10 which seems a bit odd. Feel like a horrible person complaining about having been to heaven but these are just comments.

My wife forgot the mobile power charge in the room 10, and I have contacted 3 times (by whats app and phone) and nobody return.
