Lack of sound insulation, I could hear everything in rooms on either side and in hall way.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and created a very welcoming environment - there were even freshly baked cookies at the front desk when we checked in. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice.
The room was very hot - the thermostat was very difficult to moderate. The room was also very noisy - not only could we hear the conversations of the guests in the next room and the hallway, there was also a sign that kept banging against the building in the wind.
