Pros. Great location, five minute walk from Hakata station (two subway stops from the airport).
Cons. Wifi didn’t work from around 9pm each night. Was told it was “busy time”. They lock you out from 1-5am, which I was not informed of. Rooms are TINY even by Tokyo standards, and poorly cleaned. Check in is 2pm, but check out is 10am, which seems late and early. I was charged 90$ per night in advance, was sent ads for 43$/night the day I arrived.
