we loved it, Vincenzo the owner is so nice and mindful
People working there are just a-w-e-s-o-m-e! Very very nice, incredibly helpful, careful about everything. The owner would wake up at anytime to prepare breakfast for you if you have to go early, he will help you with anything you need. A true Napolitanian soul, can't describe it with words, just meet him, talk to him, he is just a good man.
Friendliness of the stuff
All corresponds to the description in booking. The owner is hospitable, we felt like at home. Pizza place next to the bb is lovely. The view from the terrace is heartbreaking. seems not all hotels on thos coast have such view.
The town is fantastic, the rate of hotel is quite cheap Old building, Bathroom is not properly in the room (/you have to cross a corridor)
Even we checked in late the hotel staff/owner still waited for us and helped us with the luggage. Very hospitable. Not very clean...and the bed linen was bit dated...
The owner of the hotel was extremely nice and was always trying to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There's free internet. The Booking.com website does not state that this B&B does not have air conditioning and that you need to share your bathroom with other guests. The hotel is 20 minutes by car to Amalfi and there is no public transportation to get there, therefore if you are not planning to have your own car, your only choice is to have the son of the owner drive you to the city for a fee. Even though the B&B accepts credit cards, and I double checked this with the son of the owner, the moment I was ready to pay he said that he could only take cash. Also the owner made a mistake when he charged us the fee and when we mentioned this to his son, instead of apologizing and giving us the money back, he argued for 15 minutes and did not give us our money back.
placement and service the room was small
It is a perfect hotel for vacation!
Good view A lot of steps.
The location, rooms, cleanliness and staff were excellent.
Secluded with a beautiful view of the town, very romantic
Almost everything: room is beautiful, clean and comfortable, balcony view is stunning, location could hardly be better, etc. Quite expensive but reasonable for Positano and really worth the money Breakfast could be improved - not that it's bad, but one would expect more variety for the price.
Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel was very well located with quite nice rooms. Recommend without a doubt.
Excellent location and very helpful and courteous staff. This was a great place to relax at the end of our 6 week European Trip. Althogh perfectly adequate some more choices for breakfast would be an improvement suggestion.
Location - Staff - In room breakfast No elevator
welcoming staff could not have been more freindly, very well maintained throughout
The Staffs was very kind and nice.
Brand new rooms with 2 rooms and 2 flat screen TVs, lovely tiles, nice shower, bidet and toiletries Had ants and many flies in the room at check in and after cleaning staff were in
The location is fantastic as it is a 30 second walk from the main Piazza (Dumo). The hotel / b&b is a fantastic find, the rooms are lovely and large with a nice finish. The staff are fantastic and really very attentive and willing to help in any way they can. The continental breakfast is very nice. N/A
Excellent rooms for a very reasonable price! The location is brilliant, right next to Ravello Square. Very simply run hotel but we were extremely happy with everything. No nothing, everything was brilliant!
Pietro and his staff were very helpful. The room was bright and clean and the scenery was beautiful. The continental breakfast was great and nicely served. Proximity to Ravello musical concerts was a plus.
new small hotel, good location to visit Ravello. big rooms very clean, staff (one person) service very good. Parking in public area, cost 10-15 euro a day.
The location was perfect as my family (older children) and I were visiting Ravello for a family wedding in the square above the hotel. Pietro and Anna, the owners, were very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
The room was large with an excellent shower and the breakfasts were freshley prepared by the owners. Lack of view - our room was on the ground level.
peaceful, spacious rooms, great breakfast on terrace, views of hills lovely. wifi useless, and an unexpected car park location - not a problem in October, but not clear at booking.
Huge bedroom and bathroom, modern and clean, excellent staff assistance, center of Ravello just below piazzo duomo Small continental breakfast, overlooked a carpark on one side but center of Ravello which is why we stayed here
I loved this b&B. It was just the right size (about 10 rooms) and our room was gorgeous. It was fabulously clean and had a wonderfully big bathroom with great water pressure in the shower (something we had trouble finding in Italy). The best part was the amazing balcony we had on our room. N/A
getting to the hotel- no transport service offered by hotel staff
location view, and price
the staff were great - even kicking in with a loan of a personal phone charger when I'd forgotten mine; the bathroom was huge and it was great to have a bathtub to soak in! the beds have foam mattresses; having said that, I still slept like a lamb
The room was clean, comfortable and the balcony was wonderful. The staff were all nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices in a lovely, sunny room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Positano.
The balcony with the gorgeous view Breakfast was not great. Orange juice was bottled not fresh. Bread looked packaged. Cappucinos were not great.
Seeview Internet access via WLAN was not available in room.
The view was fantastic and a pleasant walk from the centre
The wonderful views from the room/balcony, the staff, the great breakfast!! No
homely feel, wonderful boutique hotel. views were breathtaking, day staff were great (nonna clearly runs the show and keeps a close eye on everything ... no english but her character shone thru). I arrived soaked from a downpour in capri and lovely blonde @ front desk went out of her way to sort my gear and track down the largest iron in the world. restaurant across the street is terrific. yes there are a million steps up to the palazzo but you can take the easy route = cruisey walk up viale pasitea and the views are worth every step.
Very nice and friendly staff. They gave us good recommendations for day trips and restaurants in Agerola Be aware that Agerola is located in a little valley above the Amalfi Coast. You don't have sea view from the house.
very helpful staff; gave great advice re places to see and eat and helped with booking onward travel. wonderful breakfast and such nice people welcoming and friendly always
Roberto was an amazing host, he took us on a little tour of the town and knows lots about the region and is always willing to tell you anything you want to know. No, for the price we paid the room was fantastic
The hotel is situated in the beautiful town of Bomerano set in a valley surronded by mountains, an ideal location for hill walkers. The Hotelier Roberto and his dad Geraldo are such kind, generous people and Roberto has excellent knowledge of the surrounding areas. This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.Geraldo provided fresh fruit from his garden for breakfast which was really so kind.
The family running the hotel were lovely! They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating (they even made a birthday cake for one of us!). It was in a beautiful area and near to some gorgeous locations. Roberto recommended places for us to visit and was happy to talk about local culture/traditions. Breakfast was a little boring (I think that's because breakfast isn't big in Italy?) but we ate so much during our break away that it probably helped us to not overeat...too much!
Very quaint terrace overlooking a great view of the bay. The recently finished Neimeyer Amphitheater can be viewed from the terrace. The breakfast could be improved
Newly refurbished and well kept B&B, with comfortable bed and bathroom. No frills or luxury, but a magnificent view on Minori and the Costiera and held by a very friendly and helpful couple.very reasonably priced mini bar
We were very impressed by the location and character of this hotel. Its terrace shaded by lemon trees offered stunning views of the Amalfi coast.
The view from my room is spectacular, so with the view from the dining area. The hotel owner is very helpful and nice. It is not well signposted. You need to carry your luggage upstairs but I got the hotel owner help me.
