The Lodge is in a superb location, directly at the sea with a wide view on the Flensburger Förde. There's a sand beach directly in front of the lodge, and it's not far from Flensburg, a jewel of a town.

The rooms are very clean, have a very nice style, and are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fabulous!

The Lodge offers a delicious buffet breakfast and has an adjoining Italian restaurant for evening meals, which is also delicious. Additionally, there's a restaurant next door and the hotel provides packed lunches, special diet menus, and a snack bar.

The Lodge offers a wonderful beachfront location with a sea view, and each room has an allocated parking spot right next to the hotel. There are also various outdoor activities available such as hiking, fishing, golf, canoeing, cycling, beauty salon, horse riding, and water sport facilities on-site.

The staff and owners are fantastic, very helpful, and provide great service. The property is decorated in a very minimalistic Scandinavian lodgish style, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the sea comes highly recommended.

The hotel's low season is in October, which could be a great time to visit for those seeking a quieter experience and potentially lower rates.
