10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing to complain
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was aboslutely lovely; big, clean, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Lovely view onto the lake. The restaurant - especially breakfast - was one of the best I have ever seen: amazing buffet, everything home made, and amazing for vegetarians. Diner was also great, but the second night, a little less breathtaking than the first. Before our arrival I specified that I am vegetarian, so was also given a special menu in the evenings - which was great - because I actually had a few options to chose from, rather than just the "one". The Spa is also amazing, especially staff, the smoothies and cake offered in the afternoon, the treatments were awesome. The spa itself is huge, VERY clean (I am OCD), and lovely.
Cons: We missed a couple of things; a whirpool in the spa and a infra red light sauna. And another BIG thing we missed; more water available next to individual saunas. One has to really search for the water, which is bad, when you are very dehydrated. So that is really the biggest negative. Finally, it is a shame, an far too expensive, that one can ONLY use the SPA until 11 am on the check-out day. Since check-in starts at 3pm, I would have expected being allowed to use the SPA until minimum 2pm on the check-out day. Also 10.30 am to check out of the room is slightly early. 11 am would have been better, as its quite stressful otherwise.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Architecture, staff, Spa, food
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast: Best breakfast I have ever had. Homemade everything. HUGE amount of choice, from savory, to sweet, to warm to homemade bread. Absolutely loved it. Dinner: Very good for vegetarians, although did not know which cheese had rennet in it ("Rinderlab"/ "mikrobioelles Lab"), which would have been a plus. Of the three days of our stay, only one dish was slightly over salted. The rest was near perfection. Bedroom: clean, big, comfortable, beautiful. What else is there to say? Staff: very very friendly, especially receptionists were absolutely amazing.
Cons: Shame that there is a separate "female " section in the spa area, but nothing for men. My husband would have liked a men's area too. Missed an infrared sauna, and a whirpool - which are classics in a spa. Spa area is beautiful, clean, big, and quiet. More water stations across the Spa area would have been nice. A few small things to improve: Apparently we should have received a "treat" for our dog, but it was not there (not a big problem at all). A few more hooks to hang the many towels, and a few more clothes hangers, would habe been nice. The cotton buds were not replaced, when we used them after first night. The slippers are very wastefull; better to offer some flip flops (to purchase), in the futur? Most guests had their own anyways. The bedroom is too warm at night; despite changing the temperature on the termometer, we dont think that it changed. VERY warm and dry in the night. Water in the restaurant is very expensive. A jug with tapwater should be an option. Staff in Restaurant are VERY nice (especially the young learners); however sometimes too nice; no need to ask more than once if everything was to our liking... a bit exessive... ;) The towels were replaced everyday: that is quite wastefull. For people bringing their dog: would be nice to have a sponge, and washing up liquid to clean the bowls everynight. And a paper bag if the dog doesnt eat everything (our senior dog never finishes everything, and there was nowhere we could throw the leftovers - because bathroom bin had no bag in it, which is generally a good thing). So we brought the bowl to the reception, which was cleaned and emptied - which was perfect. But it is a bit awkward, and would be easier if owners could do it themselves ;-) The seats in the "library" area, where dog owners can have breakfast / dinner with their dogs, is very uncomfortable (too low to eat and sit comfortably).

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spa area and location
Cons: No air conditioning in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The locations was very nice. The restaurant felt very pleasant and the service was friendly and quick.
Cons: I was promised a big double bed. Instead I had two single beds pushed together. Also, the radiator in my room did not work. I had to move, but I was upgraded for free, which obviously compensated for the trouble.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was a return trip for us. We found the staff fantastic as were meals in the restaurant. Breakfast also good. We used the spa for a treatment which was brilliant. Parking is plentiful behind hotel. Access is then steps or a ramp but staff helped with bags. Room spacious with good view. Sofa bed (second bed) was comfier that most.
Cons: The hotel has refurbished some rooms and communal areas, but the suites are showing signs they could do with the same, particularly the bathrooms. We had a couple of issues which the hotel team did their best to rectify. Pool a little of the cold side for our likely personally.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alles
Cons: Cold swimming pool but it's good also ! German Taste !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was a dream. The room was beautifully decorated.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice cosy hotel in a great location close to the lake and national park. We liked the holiday decorations, tasty food and the little winter wonderland garden outside! The room was comfortable and stylish and we have also enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the spa area.
Cons: They could have informed us when booking the massage that this service takes place in a separate building outside of the hotel. This way we wouldn't have had to search for this place in a bathrobe and slippers outside at 6 degrees C. The water in the swimming pool was kinda cold, it would be nice to have it warmer, in November.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very nice and accommodating. This was my first time in Germany and I was unfamiliar with the language, location, etc- Staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. And the rooms are adorable!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was ok
Cons: Breakfast was very poor cheap student breakfast, coffee was bad, the rest normal
7.0 Good
Pros: - not many varieties for breakfast - canteen is far from room - reception staff are not friendly nor customer oriented - no coffee, tea, hot water pot in the room
Cons: location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a part of campus site so you can see students walking around, waiting for the bus, etc. Still, the surroundings are very quiet. The walls of the room itself were a bit thin (neighbor’s snoring could be heard, luckily not for too long :). The room was nice and clean. It is kind of a store front, with the glass wall so I’m not sure how warm it is in the winter season. Maybe ok as there is a big heater in the room, it’s just that I like warm places and am extra careful about it. Nothing exceptional but nice and cosy, definitely above average.
