Friendly staff and good location. Very nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was not complimentary. The breakfast offered in the Bistro was VERY expensive. The sink drain was clogged. Poor breakfast selection. Staff at front desk wanted to watch something on their computer more than work; every time we were in the lobby. Since there had been snow, the carpet and elevator floor was pretty dirty. Room was not as clean as I like. Didn’t have any coffee cups or Kleenex. TV didn’t work very well.
