Central location / friendly staff / the owner's dog ;-)
As "spoiled" travellers we had expected a little bit more. For what it is worth: if you expect a fully equipped room, incl. closets (not present at the room) do not go here. If you appreciate a brilliant location, low cost and just basic equipment present then you can very well pick this hotel.
The Staff were kind, courteous and helpful.
There ought to be a shower well drain, this would avoid water from shower flowing over the tiled bathroom floor
The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hostel has a really nice, laid back atmosphere. The cave rooms are really cool and the hostel was very clean.
The hotel is in a nice location in the heart of Goreme. The manager and staff were very helpful and offered clear advice on ballooning and other trips. The dormitory room was a good size and beds were very comfortable.
Showers were cold and there could have been a shower curtain in the dormitory shower to stop the bathroom floor getting so wet and slippery.
the hotel is in a central position. it is quiet...
however the staff was too cold and distanced, hard to communicate. the breakfast was awful, hard to fill your stomach. besides the swimming pool is actually a sink. worried about its hygiene...
The staff was all very nice, they spoke English well and were willing to set up all tours.
The cave dorm room was really damp and the shower/toilet facilities were more for a campsite than for a hostel. The bed was really, really hard and the room in general was nowhere anyone would want to stay for long.
