Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to key city attractions and convenient for various needs. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with many guests enjoying its variety and quality, though a few noted areas for improvement. However, several reviews pointed out significant issues with the parking facilities, describing them as cramped and difficult to access, especially for larger vehicles. Service at the reception received mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Bed comfort was also a recurring concern, with multiple guests reporting uncomfortable or broken mattresses. Overall, while the location and breakfast stand out positively, improvements in parking, service, and bed quality are needed.
