Pros (+) The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. Very convenient to downtown Great Neck. If you're holding a function it seems like a good time, there were two back to back while we were there and the guests seemed very happy with the venue.
Cons (-) There are virtually no frills in the hotel outside of the room. A very simple lobby, no restaurant, and almost no place to sit outside of your room anywhere. The AC unit was incredibly loud in the room, beyond normal hotel business travel.
