Pros: It was perfect. The room was a nice size. The shower was clean and beautiful. It's right across from the beach. My boyfriend and I rode from Queens and were stranded five miles outside of Montauk at 9:30 at night. Sebastian called a taxi to find us and bring us back. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros: Location and friendly staff! Thanks for a wonderful stay:)

Pros: We stayed overnight in the Luxury Suite which was beautifully decorated. Nice modern updates, very spacious.
Cons: Only wish was that we had a better view from the balcony but given everything else, we weren't even bothered by it.
Pros: Overall a lovely hotel. Even though we got snowed in we still had a great time. The indoor pool and hot tub kept us busy. The view of the bay was beautiful and the overall feel of the hotel was very romantic. Would stay again.
Cons: The climate control was kind of crazy. The vents would turn on every 15 minutes or so and were extremely loud. You had to either significantly raise the volume on the tv or it could even wake you from a dead sleep.
Pros: Accommodations were excellent, staff was great and sunset views over the bay absolutely 2nd to none.
Pros: Dont stay on the first floor.............. Its a very strong mustie smell in the morning
hot water in the shower didn't work, front desk women at check in was very nice AND FRIENDLY, however front desk older women at check out was not friendly or nice at all, We told her the hot water in the shower didn't work, she said '' DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TURN IT ON......come on I was born in the day but not yesterday,,,,,,No resturant either.........beautiful sceenery, and decor.....
Cons: It's ave autogiro property, it's a castle I top
Pros: Nice atmosphere
Cons: Convenient parking was very limited, the one time I got a close spot, staff called me at 10:30pm to move it because it was for the hotel's shuttle van. But the spot wasn't marked for the shuttle. I was annoyed at myself for agreeing to move it. The other lot was about 2 blocks away.

Pros: Loved the porch overlooking beautiful lake. Beach parking passes, convenient to town, nicely appointed
Cons: Not much service, pretty much on own to figure things out
Another negative was location of my room number 6. Attached to restaurant and right below us was an outside area used to wash or store garbage. As a result, numerous gnats outside our door which ended up in the room every time we entered and exited.
Pros: The beautiful view from the deck right on Fort Pond. The interior of the room and bathroom was very clean cannot say the same for the exterior..
Cons: The exterior of the building needs some work. Numerous spider webs on the deck railing and the outside lighting. Had not been cleaned in months. When going through sliding doors to get on deck I had to crouch down the spider webs were huge.

Pros: Great accommodations, beautiful location, easily accessible to other areas to explore. Nice restaurant, pool and outside bar. Rooms were clean, spacious and nice.
Pros: Nice Villa rooms.
Cons: My credit card information was stolen shortly after I booked the room online. I'm sure it wasn't anyone at the hotel, but something's fishy about the way the online transaction went...

Pros: There were lots of families staying there. It was casual and low key which was nice. The only issue was that our room was the only one w no balcony furniture. When we went to ask, the woman at the front desk said that it was because there were privately owned units and the furniture belonged to the owners. We stated that every unit has the same furniture and then she said that she would have the maintainence crew check. Nothing was resolved.
Cons: The shower and the curtain was old and didn't look clean.
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The room was not well maintained. The bathroom had a broken tub knob and was old/dated. The carpets and walls were dirty. For the money spent on the room I would expect a lot more!!
Pros: The rooms have been revamped, they look good. The bed was nice, but had a rubber sheet!
There was one staff person who addressed a concern, quickly running to the store because their ice machine was broken, which I very much appreciated.
Cons: Overall, the staff treated your concerns as if you were a pest, not taking any steps to fix things. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool - which was only open for short hours one of the two days we were there. This was because they didn't have enough guests to warrant opening it. With this attitude, I am sure it will be a continuing problem.
Pros: The location is excellent. Right on the beach and in the center of town.
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable.
