Au Petit Chevrot are serviced apartments, the rooms are very clean and confortable with a nice view over the mountains and close to the city center
Ideal location, very clean and tidy. Lovely rooms accomodation very spacious and central to the village. Lovely scenery and views.
The apartment is really very nice and comfortable. The design is warm, the rooms are big, and you have there everything you need to spend a beautiful time. The heater was over and it was not possible to turn it on (according to what the housekeeper said). The rooms were very cold and that made the stay a bit unpleasant.
The interior design of the room as well as furniture was great, and all the electronic devices were good. The location was quite good, though the road next to the appartment brought some traffic noise. The personnel didn't speak english, and there were no english brochures about the Aosta Valley. The traffic noise was disturbing at some times.
As we were only there one night we only saw the old town and surrounds, Gressan countryside, and went up to Mt Pila and walked. OK for such a short visit.
Spacious apartment, very well appointed and with very good heating which kept us warm and cosy as it was very cold outside, Very near Aosta and the motorway - a good choice for a long stay or overnight stop traveling through the alps Nothing
The apartments are well appointed and comfortable also within 5 minutes driving distance of downtown Aosta. As mentioned by previous visitors it is close to the road, however, it is neither intolerable nor intrusive.
These are well-designed and well-equipped apartments on the outskirts of Aosta. Both Aosta town centre and the mountains are only a short drive away. The owners are friendly and helpful. The internet connection was flaky and never worked properly.
Very nice and clean flat. The kitchen was very well equiped. Very friendly staff. Good place to stay to discover the valley of Aosta. That we could not switch off the WIFI during night and when not used. You really need a car to have access to shops, restaurants and locations.
The hotel was new, rooms were big, staff was helpfull The hotel is new and has great potential but still allot of things are miising. Very hard to find the hotel, no signs! Breakfast is very poor in selection. The spa was very beutifull but not clean.
great location beautiful scenery relaxation
good for the overnight stop we required, excellent views of Aosta valley, could see it as excellent for skiers as next to ski-lift station difficult to find as 9km up hairpins from Gressan village
Terrrific views, super staff
The closeness of the hotel to the ski lifts the morning buffet was not all that good
Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was just huge. That was a nice surprise from 3 star hotel :) Helpfull personal and the most important: just few steps from the slopes,Ice ring and all the restorans, bars and shop with farmacy.I just liked Hotel Pila 2000. 1. The brekfast on my opinion could be better...Everyday the same food, just a cheese, salami, bread, cereals. For a first or second day it's fine, but after you just get bored of this selection. 2. Ski room is open all day and they close it in the evening, but there are no security or anything to lock your ski or board,so everyone could come and take your ski or board.
Nothing I change to another Hotel in next day, The Hotel was very bad! It is more like Hospital... I don't recommend it, better to stay in home:)
The views were fantastic.
Outstanding place for sking (about. 1 km to Pila slopes) located a bit distant from many other hotels in the town, beatiful views, own terrace and kitchen are adding taste and freedom to your stay, it's very clean and the furniture is in a very good condition, big parking and own garage are free for the guests. Studio room is compact but very smarty designed. In general we enjoyed our stay much and we will consider this place the next time. By nature it's a big sport hotel from the 80th. but public areas are a bit outdated. They are not providing Spa facilities etc. But if your primary target is sking - this is a right choise. Consider it is probable that you will need wheel chains if it's snowing (alternatively a bus stop is located in front of the hotel).
Amazing value for money, set in a nice ski resort. One decent pizzeria in the basement.
Nice skiing lodge in the mountains. Great views & value for money especially in summer months Dificult to find if one have no SAT NAV
Nice plase Far from the city
beautiful views, the comfort/ease of having multiple bedrooms, kitchen, living area (especially when traveling with young children), and on-site playground were great elements for us. it was quite clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. would be a great base for hiking, skiing, mountain biking. though the claim that it could sleep eight was true, the quality of the mattresses would mean that two or more of those eight wouldn't actually sleep much. seems like this was a privately owned condo in the ski resort and the owners don't go to too much trouble to keep it up (mattresses barely there, bathroom taps impossible to close well). the drive up from Aoste is long and windy - it's a ski resort and well out of town up the mountain, which makes it a somewhat inconvenient base for sightseeing in the area (half an hour down to the autoroute). we chose it for the price/availability, so we were alright with all of this, but it might be useful for others to know when planning a vacation.
The accommodation was as expected and we had a good nigjts sleep, but the distance to the city was misleading and we would never have chosen this place if we knew how far we had to drive
Nice south position of the room and balkony Too comlicated to get out or in, I meen the lifts.
