The connecting dining area has a table that seats eight and three can be seated at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is modern and has been recently renovated from the ceiling to the floor including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, and tile floors. The washer and dryer is also new and is located in the laundry room off the hallway. This whole unit is decorated in coastal style.
