The property is secured! I love not having to worry about undesirable people hanging out in the parking lot around my car or outside my room door! Was odd that they didnt want or use my confirmation number from priceline.
It was just ok
The exterior is imaculate. The staff is extremely rude.
I like that this place was minutes from the airport. They have monitors everywhere telling you flight status. The rooms are spacious, and modern/newly remodeled. Place was affordable... Was only $134/night compared to others near the airport were asking $175-250/night. There isn't any signs at the airport that point you to Hyatt Regency only to Grand Hyatt which are two different places. We flew American Airlines and got off at Terminal D at DFW and the best thing I can advise is walk to Grand Hyatt then make a left to go outside, and the Hyatt service guy will call a Hyatt shuttle to get you to the Regency (takes 5min). Lastly don't order room service late night unless you're willing to dish out $$$. The fine print on the bottom of the menu says they charge you 21% service fee and tax/gratituity, so when the guy comes DO NOT TIP again like we did. They're getting twice the tip.
The hotel had a very efficient check in process. Staff were friendly and welcoming to me checking in alone with two young children. The casual restaurant in the hotel had good food for the price. The room was clean and functional, but some of the touches in structure of the room felt industrial. The extra lock on the door didn't work as well. It was not the right size for the bulb of the locking mechanism.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was very pleasant. Only issue I had was that I filled out my breakfast order form for in room service. I hung it outsider my door before 12am liked it said and it was never picked up. I was in a rush that morning and it would have been great to eat breakfast in my room. Mister Gs is excellent. A hidden gem I'd say My room service tag was never picked up
Efficient staff, all expected amentities available and excellent food options available! Nothing
table with combs, razors, etc for stranded passengers room by elevator
Free shuttle to and from airport.
Our flight was canceled and bags lost, and it was after before we got to the hotel. Staff was super helpful to get us some basic items for the night and get us checked in. Great service and super clean rooms!
Great service, room was nice, excellent steakhouse..service at steakhouse excellent and host is outstanding and great sense of humor..would come back just bc of him Snack items in lobby coffee shop very overpriced..4 dollars for little bag fruit chews..should be 1.5, chips etc were all overpriced
Pros- I've come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort with Hyatt, and this location didn't disappoint. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. The A/C was great, the room was sufficiently cool when we wanted to sleep, and warmed up quickly once we turned it off. At about 9am there was a very loud group outside our door, the walls are a bit thin and sound travels easily.
Good food Bathroom too small, charged for bottle water, too expensive for level of hotel other than airport location
convenient next to airport, very efficient front desk staff, wonderfully clean and furnished rooms.
The hotel largely serves business travelers who are stuck at DFW airport due to problems with flights. For this reason, the hotel serves an important need. However, it is very overpriced. There was a dead roach in my room.
Not in Sundance Square as advertised
As always our stay was very satisfying. We love this hotel and it's amenities. The staff are excellent and the guest services, pool, bars and restaurants top notch. Though all of this satisfaction does not come for free. We look forward to our next stay in September. If you are a select guest member make sure to book your stay directly with the hotel. If you book through a third party you cannot cancel your reservation or receive credit for your stay.
Cleanliness, location, and comfort Concierge staff were good, not great. Hotel was too crowded and loud.
Everything was great except the valet took forever & they almost had our car lost.
This was a great trip!!! I would suggest this hotel to everyone. It was Christmas Time and the hotel was very festive!!!!
Pool and room temperature in pool area was not heated for enjoyment, too cold!!!
I loved the Staff and customer service! Those brilliant smiles serves great Texas hospitality! There was nothing I didn't like! The Gaylord is home away from home!
I loved everything there was to see and do there. Gorgeous! Everyone was very friendly. The room was tiny.
Looking at this place from the outside, you think it is going to be pretty Sweeeeeet! Overall it was, except for the room. Room was clean, but not close to being worth $250 a night. Room was more like what you would see in a 2.0 star hotel. Nothing to brag about at all. If the room was as nice as the rest of the resort you wouldnt be able to say much bad about this place. I would have to say they ARE understaffed for a place this large. Hard to find anybody to help you at times. Seriously, the staff was outstanding if you could find them. However, the rest of the resort was very nice. Actually beautiful atrium area with restaurants (Steak, Italian, Mexican food), good sized fountain, flowers, trees, and other things as well. There were quite of few shops as well bars and sports bars in the resort. They did have a Starbucks in the lobby as well (which made the wife happy as well as the rest of that loooooooong line waiting to get their fix). The water park they have (for guests only) was pretty nice. Adults and kids alike were all enjoying it. They did have a really nice bar there and also served food if you wanted to make a day of it. Overall, pretty nice place The room is a lot to be desired. Stayed at better rooms in a lot CHEAPER motels. Yes, it was clean, but for a $250 a night resort room, I would definitely expect more. A bit understaffed for a place this large. Hard to find anybody to help or even ask questions to, at times. Having to pay $19 dollars to SELF park is ridiculous But then so is $30 for them to park it for you.
The Gaylord Texas was a great stay. We had problems when I got to the hotel (but not with the Gaylord Texan) we called the front desk and they moved us into a larger king size room, large enough to fit two roll away beds for the kids at no extra charge. After this problem the vacation was wonderful. When I booked the hotel room I put down 4 adults where I thought their would be enough room for all four but when we got to the room it was a standard size king room with only a king size room. I was expecting a pull out bed or at least couch for 4 adults. I would suggest showing a room layout for the consumer so someone doesn't get confused with what they are purchasing.
Always a pleasure Loud outside your room in mornings. Every employee is a tip whore. Get ready to dish out a lot of cash But they deserve it, ofcourse.
No mutch Every thing is under construction ;(
Room was clean, if you have family there is a lot for kids to do (at least around xmas which is when we went) Glass Cactus club was neat. The pre-check in email asking what your preferences are... DON'T waste 1 minute of your time on that! asked for either a higher room/floor OR a view room... Specifically made a note in the comments that a room higher up was desired.. Got a parking lot, first floor room and the hall was FULL of kids and no parents! Kids were running up and down the halls all day and HALF the night... Also, restaurant staff was not very friendly, lost my reservation and then tried to make ME look like the fool.... But I had a confirmation email to prove the reservation.... So it was just a poor experience.. Staff was either great OR terrible... Grossly understaffed... I know for $220/night it felt more like a "fancy" 2.5 star hotel... I have had much better service at cheaper big-brand hotels and this hotels amenities dod NOT warrant the cost.. I had high hopes for this resort and sadly was let down..
Right next to convention center Rooms are sorely in need of renovation. There was a notice in the room saying they were in the process of updating, but I the price paid was not worth what I got considering the age of the room.
Location is perfect for date night! Sun dance square is next door!
stayed in 521. rooms show their use and age. large TV in front of dresser mirror; mirror is now useless - get rid of it. bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out - doesn't drain easily. hotel shuttle doesn't take you to cultural district or stockyard area - not very useful. cleaners and rest of staff are friendly. could use a concierge who can give knowledgeable suggestions for restaurants - a handout sheet doesn't quite cut it.
I enjoyed the room service. The spa was so good that I had three services done. I only had trouble because they didn't recieve the booking from bookings.com. They fit me in because they were very nice. I would like to have an appology from booking.com.
The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast seemed overpriced.
The location downtown Fort Worth so we could attend Main Street Arts Festival and have easy access to our room. Due to dietary needs I must carry certain foods and it would have been easier to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our valet had a great sense of humor, the staff personally greeted us as we walked through the door and we were on our way to our room in less than 2 minutes. The facilities were incredible w/ an awesome fitness facility, and outdoor tennis & basketball courts. They provided necessary equipment. Excellent location for families! We walked everywhere in Sundance Square which was extremely family friendly. If we ever go back to Ft. Worth, this is where we want to stay! That we had to leave after just 1 day!
Right in the thick of a pleasant downtown. All staff encountered friendly and effective. Comfortable room with great view of downtown (our side of the hotel). Expansive lobby. Nothing
The staff is extremely helpful and efficient
It was very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing! Could not use the hot tub. There was a family of 12 in it. Including babies.
Service was great and attentive. Everyone was very helpful. The bed is hard as a rock. Walls are thin. Room decor is dated.
I had a screaming headache one of the nights at around midnight, the staff offered to open the small store when I asked if there was anywhere in the area to get some advil. Everyone we encountered was nice, and helpful. The breakfast though great was pricey if you are not a big eater. Also, I did not know parking was additional.
Water Preasue in the shower very low. TV did not work all the time. Had to pay for Internet.
I am a native of Fort Worth and was in town for one night. This hotel is awful. I stay in hotels more than 100 nights per year. The hotel promised a king bed and had none. The insolent woman at the counter did not care. I placed the breakfast menu on the door and no one collected it. This pretentious hotel was once a destination. It is now poorly managed with an insulting staff. Ed Bass deserved better as a centerpiece of Sundance. I will never stay there again and warn others.
I arrived to hotel at 10pm my room was prepaid but they gave it away they sent me clear down the other end of the city I was looking forward to being right there in middle of sundance square to comf walk to various places. They paid for all accommodations but it still was not what I had set up to do.
The location is perfect! Close to everything! We were able to walk to the water gardens just fine. Room service wasn't very good. The potatoes were gross and they kept messing up our order.
This hotel is next to the Texas Speedway. They had shuttles back and forth to the track. It was great!
The room was as expected. The check-in process took 30 minutes. I was the only person checking in. The front desk told me that a computer back-up was taking place and that I would need to wait 10 or 15 minutes. I asked if there was any alternative and was told "no". The delay extended out to more than 25 minutes. A call was made to someone to help speed up the process, but they never answered. I just stood at the desk the entire time. It was my own choice to plan a schedule that was so packed I would have an abbreviated sleep that night, but waiting that long is unacceptable. If a competing hotel was nearby, I would have left and dealt later with a refund. I will not return.
The only thing that was convenient about this hotel is where it's located. Beds uncomfortable, switched rooms, still terrible. First room, our toilet wasn't working.
The bed was comfortable, staff was very helpful and it was very clean.
Hotel was very quiet , relaxing and peaceful. staff was wonderful!! Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
I stayed for the November nascar race. Friendly, very helpful staff. The people make the place feel welcoming. Loved the close proximity to the track. A short 1.5 +\- mile walk or you could take the shuttle service (golf carts) to the track. Faster to walk back after the event due to the amount of guests waiting to take the return carts. Very clean rooms thanks in part to a no smoking policy. The grounds are very well kept. Real nice comfortable atmosphere. I've stayed other Marriott hotels before and have always enjoyed my stay. No mini fridge in the room. They could use more vending and ice machines on all the floors. The choices of food were limited and not always available after/before a certain time. The food I did get was good. Continental breakfast would have been nice. This place does sit out away from everything. This is a good thing if you are golfing or attending an evet at the hotel or at the speedway and don't want to venture out but if you do want to go check things out have a gps device or a good navigator next to you. Texas is BIG. They needed to do a little wasp control. They had nests around the building which made it interesting. Free in room internet is pretty much the standard at most places. This ( like most things) was an extra charge if you wanted it, however it was free if down in the lobby area). Overall, these were minor issues and wouldn't stop me from going back. I do Wish I would have booked direct as the price would have been better than the 3rd party price booking.
Pretty much everything in and around the Marriott DFW was impressive,I would diffinetly recommend this location to family and friends. Just wish the rooms had either a mini fridge or microwave....but other than that it was all very nice.
I liked being back from roads. I liked that there were cows you can see in adjacent pasture Pool and hot tub were nice. Paying 15 extra for wifi
The hotel had a great facility and great rooms. Staff was good but not great. The hotel and area to relax in was one of the best in all the hotels I stayed in that week. Bar was a little pricy but great bartender. Was close to race track but far from anything else. Not super far but fair enough.
Grounds were nice but was very noisy at night and extremely noisy in the morning. Too noisy
The hotel was clean, beautiful and very relaxing. Loved the beautiful well keep grounds around the hotel. Overall my family and I loved it. My kids didn't want to leave! That I booked a double but only got a single room. But was brought a roll out for my other son.
Staff were 'Texas-friendly' and had helpful tips for the out-of-towner. The hotel is well located in downtown Fort Worth and very easy to use. It is not so much a problem for the FW Hilton rather Fort Worth downtown is quiet on a Sunday and public transport not a strong feature of the city. Visitors should plan for private car use (hire) and parking costs factored in their travel plans.
I thought it was a very cozy hotel. Very good location as we stayed there overnight after going to see Cinderella at Bass Hall. Very nice food options around the area and the accommodations were nice.
Everything was great after they finally sent a tech that knew what he was doing to fix the AC! Good hotel, I will give it another try when I'm back in Cowtown !
Historic, yet updated hotel in awesome Downtown location. The price is considerably better than other comparable 4 star downtown hotels. Clean, easy check in, fast valet.
Homely environment. Very pleasing staff always there to help you.Meals were served without undue delay. The rooms were clean and tidied every day. None
The staff were great! We had a group of teenagers camped in front of a broken vebding machine. After I informed the staff they promptly restocked the vending machine and fixed it. A few cons, as with anything. Overall, the hotel has a good location and I would recommend this hotel to future families passing through DFW. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my children. In addition our room was very warm. We set the thermostat as low as it would go and we still could not get the temperature below 71. Since we were only there one night we did not have it looked at. However given the attentiveness the previous day I have no doubt it would have been looked at promptly.
The room smelled like smoke.
Evening Reception, and The Breakfast! Room AC wasn't the best in the bedroom. The entry to my room air seemed to circulate well, but the room got hot at night.
The place was just beautiful! From the front desk to room service to housekeeping, the entire staff was extremely professional.
Makes business travel easy Nothing
The view from my room and the window were floor to ceiling- amazing! Room service was pretty expensive.
I love the waterpark and our room EXPENSIVE, not just the rooms but everything at the lodge is way overpriced...Who has valet parking at a place advertised to be a family hotel, come on now....The waterpark is the only thing included with your room rate, beware of all the add-ons! If you are a Harry Potter fan you will love the hotel but bring your wallet because to play the game it will be roughly $80 per person - Note that's more than admission into SIX FLAGS...just sayin!
safe and well managed water park with LOTS of lifeguards. integrated room-key/payment system on adult wrist bracelets works everywhere, including vending machines. very expensive, $65 dinner buffet, $60 breakfast buffet, plus tips for a family of 4. Magic quest scavenger hunt game $30-$50 per child. Parking is difficult.
First and most importantly, my children had a blast. My oldest loved the slides and the younger two enjoyed the pools/play areas bot inside and outside. As parents, we liked the outside area better for less chlorine smell and burn. The staff was very nice and attentive from the front desk to the cleaning ladies to the lifeguard and activity leaders. The front desk gave my son a special birthday wolf ears and a token for a free ice cream since he just had his birthday. There was a lot to do besides just the water park which was nice. Our room was clean when we arrived and that was the first thing we checked. I read reviews of crumbs in beds, bed bugs, mold in the bathrooms and so on so I was very nervous about this. But our rooms were great. We loved that they had starbucks right in the lodge! We only got lunch items from the Lodge and went out to dinner off property but we didn't find the food to be that bad or overpriced. My suggestion would be to order a whole pizza instead of slices and just reheat in the microwave for following days to save a lot of money! We also purchased 2 refillable cups and used them for the whole trip which was nice. I was also happy that they had salad options for us adults who didn't want to go overboard on unhealthy choices. And for those that are really on a budget, the rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We brought breakfast and snacks and even brought our own toaster from home. You can eat whatever you want in your room instead of buying everything there. All of the guests that we had interactions with were nice and also seemed to be having a great time. The location is great with a grocery store, restaurants and entertainment nearby so while you may be tempted to never leave the hotel, you have many options around. If you forget anything don't worry, they have a lot of clothing, toiletries, bags, bathing suits and so on for purchase right at the lodge. You never really need to leave if you don't want to which is great for people who take a flight there. As some other reviewers mentioned, there is a strong smell of chlorine in the inside part. But honestly, this is expected and similar to every indoor pool I have ever been to. But for this reason we spent most of our time at the outdoor section. Renting a cabana is very expensive. Apparently the price changes daily but when we asked it was $170. We were able to find some shaded seats although they are a little hard to come by. Other people mentioned rust and I didn't see it until I waited in line for the slides with my oldest son. There is some rust along the stairs and on the doors to the bathroom. Did I ever feel nervous about it, no. It was NOT rusty nails sticking up all over the place that a kid could easily run over and get hurt on. It is a very moist and corrosive environment so it is bound to happen. Would it be better if they fixed it, yes. But again, I wasn't too worried. The water in our shower would have pockets of colder water come here and there, again not the end of the world but not perfect either. On the flip side, the sink water in the inside downstairs bathroom was incredibly hot, I had to collect the water in my hands and hope it cooled enough to then rinse my kids' hands. They have a candy area right by the refillable drinks that my youngest was attracted to and we had to keep on pulling him away. One of my children has type 1 diabetes and a gluten allergy so we try to stay away from candy, sweets and bakery items for the whole family when we are with her. The placement of this candy and lack of alternative items made for some sour moments but luckily I came prepared with snacks of our own.
The water park was a lot of fun for my little one, I do think that it can be kept cleaner though. Dirty floors and towels. There wasn't much to do besides the water park that didn't require tons of money. Besides the magiquest there wasn't much to do and we didn't even do that because it takes on average 3-5 hours.
fun place for kids and family oriented, great location I'm grapevine, tx. this time we had a great view from our room and really liked being on 4th floor, easy access to lobby and the resturant! and we were close to the elevators! beside the room being very expensive the food and drink especially by the pool area was very pricey! the lines were long for the kids slide! the carpet had few big stain on it, we went there last year and they changed our room because the carport had several stain on it! i also wish the kids can use the wifi for their x box live, when i called the front desk they said they don't have that option any more for the video game! my boys were a bit bummed out! but overall they had a good time!
We absolutely loved this place!! We will definitely be back for more!!
Indoor water park is included with your stay. We have been going to the Great Wolf every December for 9 years now. Our three kids have always enjoyed our stay here until this year 2016. Sadly this location is in decline and needing to be running at 110%. Staff very sweet and apologetic, but apologies don't get me my full experience for my dollar. Our room was not ready at 4:00pm check in. It took 2 hours and 23minutes to get our room. The Hotel did not offer anything for this inconvenience, I had to ask. (We we're not the only family who's room was not ready...many others were being told the same thing. The 2nd day 1/2 the water park rides and pools were closed. Disappointed this year. Reconsidering our trip next December. Might start new tradition.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Location in proximity to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly. Room service was good. I paid neArly twice the rate of a 3-star to get executive level amenities. We ended up in a normal king room. Not sure if that was a mistake or their definition of executive level.
Continental breakfast wasn't offered.
Friendly staff, I love the tennis courts and want to visit again to use the outdoor pool by the lake. The proximity to shopping is nice and very close to the airport.
In desperate need of updating! First room had a carpeted head board!
Location, Staff, and Room.. All Excellent. And the breakfast was also good. Valet parking is expensive. Look for alternatives for your car.
There is no 24 hour room service,,,, not even a bar,,, just a station to buy handmade light meals.... this hotel why nice should not be rated 4 star by any other standard of a 4 star hotel.... they only serve breakfast in room only.,,
The girls working the front desk were amazing. They went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. The location is GREAT, so much to do within walking distance! No complaints
Staff - nice and friendly rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. bathrooms were clean. Hotel was nice and quiet. Wish the hotel had a bar or restaurant. Hotel only serves breakfast. (Hence the overall expectation of star level for this hotel).
Location, design, friendly service and cleanliness.
Great location, helpful staff
Location They put me in a closet for a room that had double doors that had a lot of hallway noice. No view of anything
Loved it. Can't wait to revisit when renovation is done.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Location We've stayed at the other 4 star hotels downtown and this hotel is not in the same category as the other two. This one should be bumped down to 3.5 or the other two should be 4.5
Great location, cleanliness, beautiful updated decor. Valet only
Entire hotel staff were excellent.
First room was clean, no odors. Second room we were moved to was also clean. Hotel location was average. Parking lot was clean. Checked in on a business trip at midnight. King room, reserved, "over-sold." Same with 2 queens. Given small room with two twins. AC did not work. Staff agreed to move us the next day to a King, with some arm-twisting. Breakfast below average. Was not terrible, but next time may try another hotel in area.
The staff was very friendly and created a welcoming environment from check in to check out. In addition, the gallery was open 24/7 with a wide selection of food and drink. We had an issue with the TV during our stay, but maintenance fixed it within 15 minutes and the front desk reversed our charges. Location wise, this hotel is perfect. It is located catty corner from the police station which makes it feel like a secure place. In addition, the location allows prime access to multiple eateries and retail outlets as well as easy access to the main thoroughfares of the metroplex. Would recommend to anyone. The building was a bit old, however renovations covered that up and made it feel more modern.
Large, clean rooms, & friendly, helpful staff Pool was cloudy with heavy chlorine. I'm guessing chemicals were not right. Didn't like that the Hurst justice center was right across the street, but it seems that this is a factor for most of the hotels in Hurst.
Location Was very good A/c didnt Works properly. Room was warm called front desk to report it and the y kept telling me they would come to check and never came. I Would not stay nor recomend hotel. Plenty more in area to pick from
Everything The smell of cigarettes in the room. Need to find a way to get rid of that odor.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel. Decent breakfast.
Staff was super friendly. We are a young couple from Louisiana. We visited to go to Six Flags. Not a bad drive to get to the park. Clean rooms, fairly comfortable beds, nice breakfast. There was a little league team staying and the hotel was pretty booked but it wasn't a long wait for breakfast. Right across the street from a delicious Mexican restaurant with amazing margaritas. We also visited the hotel bar and they made yummy drinks. Overall great getaway! Elevators were a little slow but nothing terrible!
I liked the cleanliness and the sleep number bed was really nice. I liked that there was free internet. You need a car to get around the Dallas/Fort Worth area, period. So it wasn't a big deal that it took driving out of the area to get to shopping and food but it was hard to get up sometimes to get something to eat. I guess it would be better to have food delivered if you needed it. The other thing I disliked was how the free internet would cut in and out on my laptop. I couldn't get business done because I couldn't keep a steady connection. I'm sure it would be fine if you were just surfing and checking emails only though.
That are key had to be redone every day were cleaning room at 3.00pm at nap time we had a great stay there so thing were good
The bed was wonderful. The first time my wife and I experience a sleep number mattress and it was awesome! The shower pressure and temperature was very mediocre. There were times the water would be hot but then there were other times the water seemed to take forever to get even warm.
The price was great for the quality of the facilities Internet was not stable or reliable for anything more than light browsing on a phone
How clean everything was! As well as the amazing service htat was given to me Everything was great
Bed was comfortable Wifi did not work, there is one cable machine in fitness area and was out of order, front desk employees were never at the front desk, used the "do not disturb sign" and could still hear guest conversations in the hallway, vending machines did not work, weak shower pressure, lack of towels in pool area
We had a great stay here at the Raddison Hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and we loved our room with the sleep number bed. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also loved the breakfast buffet. The chef was very nice and accommodating and made the best fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy! We had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is pretty and seems to be well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly enough, but that's it. Just friendly enough. Stayed for my daughters birthday. Everyone knew that. No one told her happy birthday. Other guests were riff-raffy. Location of hotel is not a safe neighborhood. We were worried about the safety of our vehicle over night. Water in shower was only hot, but cool enough for a 60 second rinse. Wifi awful. Room service came to deliver with a ratty cart and in street clothes. Indoor pool area wasn't stocked with towels either time we visited. Pool temperature was cold. Wouldn't recommend and won't be staying there again.
Location was good. There were a lot of restaurants within a short driving distance. Staff was, okay. Decently friendly. Took a while to get the keys. Only one person at the desk, and they were on the phone a while with someone while myself and another guest waited. Breakfast was not included. Cost $11 . Looked good though. There was a damp spot on the floor of our hotel room every morning. Couldn't tell where leak was coming from. Beds, not so comfortable either unfortunately, but we only stayed for $54 a night. So that made up for it. Gym and pool area, we're surprisingly excellent.
Waited 45 mins to get into my room
Nothing The insects in the room (waterbug and coakroach) I'm still waiting for the manager
"Breakfast buffet" was not really even a buffet and didn't look worth $10 a person
The location of the hotel to the downtown area, within walking distance of shopping, dinning and night life. The only parking available is through the Valey Service which adds a cost to the Hotel Rate. If you do not use the Valey then parking is either on the street which is very limited or a public parking garage that is 4 blocks away.
Everything I needed to get to was withing easy walking distance. Room service was fast when a request was made. The Manager's Reception was great and breakfast was fantastic! Not one complaint.
The location was excellent because you can walk anywhere you want to go in Sundance Square. Staff was excellent. Sent chocolate for my friend's birthday. No hair dryers.
Our son got married in a venue at the stockyard. They rented the John Wayne suit. My daugher-in law needed 6 champagne glasses not only did they provide them they included 2. Bottles of champagne
Location movie prices
Best range of breakfast items I've ever seen. Fun area surrounding hotel with nightlife and stuff for family during the day. A bit remote from the rest of the city if that's important to you.
