Wonderful ambience. Very "homey", with a gracious and polite staff. The room was relatively small, with an overhead and noisy air conditioner. The "Velvet Room" at the hotel appeared charming, but despite the fact that the hotel manager recommended going there on a Thursday night, we could not get served there at around 9:50pm because they were "shutting down". Ironically, we had tried to order drinks at the Velvet Room bar 10 minutes earlier, but there were too many people at the bar to get our order in, and by the time we located a table in the bar, which was about 80% occupied, we were told that management had instructed the bartenders to "shut things down". Needless to say, we were miffed that the hotel manager had highlighted the speakeasy as a charming amenity of the hotel at the morning breakfast , only to be shut out from the premises prior to 10:00pm on the very same evening.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, decor was lovely and very interesting, very active night life scene with live music in the lobby. It was clear that most of the people at the hotel for the night life were not hotel guests. Location was excellent with many restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance.

I normally don't do surveys but I have to share the experience at this Courtyard Marriotts. I am very impressed with the hispitality I received from the front desk. Everyone was smiling and cheerful, helpful and pleasant, curious and attentive. I was so comfortable and welcomed. I have not had such an excellent experience in a long time. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family. Not being able to stay longer.
Friendly staff No water pressure. Even lower than most hotels. You could not get the temperature to stick. Even turned off it activated.
10 minutes from Santa Monica & Venice but much more affordable Facilities seemed very nice, even though we had plans elsewhere so didn't use many of them Bed was comfortable Room was spacious & had mini-refrigerator Housekeeping cleaned the room much better than at most hotels We had an "accessable" room, which I don't remember requesting. This wasn't bad, but I wish there were a few normal height towel bars & hooks, in addition to the low ones. There was a coffee-maker but no tea bags for non-coffee drinkers

We were looking for a property close to the airport, and the DoubleTree in Culver City fits the bill. The property is only about 10-15 minutes from the airport by taxi. It's a nice hotel. Our inbound flight was delayed 4 1/2 hours, so we didn't even get to the hotel until 11:30 p.m. Then, we had to catch the cab back to the airport at 6:30 a.m. It's hard to offer a good evaluation under these circumstances. While this hotel is a moderately good value and close to the airport, it is not served by the airport shuttle system. This means that you're going to pay $40 in taxi fare round trip from, and back to, the airport.
Clean and Efficient with good attention to the client High parking fees not disclosed or even mentioned in the online booking. These fees would have made a difference in choosing a hotel. Parking fees in this area of California can run from $24 to $40 a night and are not disclosed in these listings but added on after you arrive.

I've stayed at this location numerious times and would stay again, overall I had a wonderful time, except for the college kids that tried to tear down the adjoining door after midnight and kept up a lot of noise.
Staff was so great. I was treated so kindly by the desk personnel because we had been having a rough start to our trip. Hostess at breakfast was amazing and so kind.
The location was good and gave excellent access to all of West LA. Parking is too expensive and the lot gets full early.

Location close to airport, breakfast included Rooms were average, lobby more like a budget hotel, mildew in shower. It took 2 phone calls and a 45 minute wait to get picked up by the shuttle bus from the hotel 2 miles away. There was no restaurant on site, a very mediocre fitness area, and no pool, despite ads to the contrary.
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE STAFF.....from our late check- in to shuttle arrival at LAX. Having limited knowledge of the vast local area, we chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name and its location to the airport. Each and every person of the staff treated us professionally, pleasantly and with a sense of real care regardless of the job description. Hats off to this team!

Super amazing beds! Breakfast is decent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Climate control didn't work in room, I don't think it worked on the entire floor so be sure to ask about it when you check in. Hair dryer was from the 80's. Parking for $15 seemed excessive.

I called hotel 3 times and shuttle never came at airport. I had to wait for 1 hr finally I took a cab to hotel DO NOT take this hotel if you want shuttle from airport.

the location and being close to the airport for an early morning flight The hotel. The dirty worn out wallpaper, the broken AC units, the bathtubs that don't drain durning a shower. The hotel smelled like old cigarettes and the carpet in my room was dirty with crumbs. The pillows are all lumpy and half the size of a standard pillow. We requested different pillows but we're given the same type of gross lumpy pillows.
Friday morning there was a breakfast buffet with egg and sausage patties, waffles (cook your own) , muffins, fruit, coffee, fresh fruit and various waffle toppings. There was instant oatmeal and dry cereal with milk as well. I'm sure I might have missed a few items, but I was very satisfied with the choices. Ample tables and chairs to accommodate everyone who choose to stay there. Bring a tray from the room if you want to take it to go (breakfast in bed?). Warm room. There were too few stations on tv and only one chair in the room, but I'm sure I could have gotten another one if I asked. Wifi was spotty on 6th floor. Parking fee of $15 was unexpected.
Everything in the hotel was nice. Shower was clogged enough that the water reached our ankles. Unhygienic and disgusting.
Called ahead to let them know I would arrive late. They said no problem. When I arrive they gave my room away and instead of 2 beds we got a bed and a pullout. Not OK. The first room they gave us had no water pressure so we had to move to another room. The front desk attendant had absolutely no remorse or empathy about the situation. Terrible service complete and total liars...
The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M
The beverly wilshire is just an excellent hotel with warm and cozy enviroment, luxurious and really fancy. Guest is very good served The shower is so weak and has no presure, that you hardly can take a shower.

I can't begin to find words to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Marina del Rey Ritz Carlton! We arrived on a Wednesday morning with a sick child. The staff immediately took charge helping to get us situated with a room and going so far above and beyond ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From the person who greeted us to take our luggage, to the valet, to the front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant and the gift shop (which opened up for us to get us meds in the middle of the night) to the manager who followed up even after we had left their hotel, every layer was kind, attentive and fantastic! They honestly made us feel like we were at home with family who was concerned about us. What a fantastic experience! T
I liked that the hotel was near the water, close to a concert I was attending. I booked this hotel because they had balconies and it was near the water. The balcony was closed due to renovations. The bath tub was small , hotel was a little outdated. Not as special as a experience as I was hoping for
I like the avalibiliy of the staff For a younger crowd in there 25-30 age it's not an appeasing hotel it's more for older crowd like 50-60 so for me being a pro Olympic athlete and being 23 yrs old I didn't enjoy it that much
Staff is great, and generally a very nice hotel. Doesn't live up to our expectations based on previous experiences at other Ritz hotels. It feels tired, not as luxurious as others, and is starting to show some age without upkeep. A simple example would be the pool has cracked tiles and feels rundown.
Nice place, but not worth the Ritz premium. I would stay at the JW Marriott in Santa Monica next time I'm in the area.

I loved the total glamour that the Bevely Hills exudes. You can literally bump into Academy Award winners - and I did! It is not easy to find off facility parking.
The hotel was wonderful in every way. The service was fantastic and all the staff were just lovely. They were so attentive and polite but not 'hovering'. The hotel itself was beautiful and you feel very special whilst staying there. It's quite large but still retains all the privacy you could want. My only regret is that our schedule didn't allow a longer stay to enjoy this wonderful hotel even more.

This is a classic location with a classic luxury feel to it. A famous hotel - and you can see why It was disappointing to learn when we arrived that the rate we booked in advance with yourselves had changed and was slightly more expensive. However this did not really spoil our stay.
Staff are excellent at catering to wishes of guests. Restaurant and bar staff well trained and very organized at lunch and dinner. Staff at front desk are best in class.

The check in and out was quick. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is shabby. The carpet in the room was old and worn and the look of the room was tired. The bed was comfortable. There was an annoying low buzz sound all night coming from a corner of the room. Every time I used the sink the drain stunk.

Sheraton brand did not ensure a quality experience. Have stayed in other Sheraton's that maintain high quality I've come to expect. No food service available after 10pm. Security gate to parking lot prevented me from being dropped off and picked up at front door. Can hear noise from hallway /neighboring rooms because of thin walls. Felt like I was in an inexpensive hotel for spring breakers. Much better options available in the surrounding area at competitive prices. Definately will NOT recommend or stay there in the future.
Room 505 smelled of vomit and bed was lopsided, old and uncomfortable. was switched to 305 which was much better and was given free breakfast which we never used overall a notch below nearby courtyard marriott
Place was clean. Plenty of towels and hand cloths provided. They left a coffee maker with coffee Beans but I couldn't make it because there was no coffee filter. There was plenty of trash cans which was good but no trash bags in any of them. Also they decided to wake us up at 8am just to ask us when we were checking out. Why couldn't they come knock at 11 when that's the check out time.
The king-size bed was very comfy and warm. The hotel does not stock any tampons or pads? It seems like this would be a necessary courtesy item. For the price, it would also be nice to have had complimentary breakfast, as I've had this at hotels that were not as expensive.

Staff was friendly, courteous, helpful and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. My room was upgraded after initial inconvenience of being sent to a room that was not made up. I didn't have hot water the first day, but that was fixed. Frig is big. I was given complimentary breakfasts for my inconvenience. Breakfast was okay, lots of carbs (bread, toast, pastries), fresh fruit minimal and not that fresh. Omlettes and cooked food was good, and I was immediately brought orange juice and coffee/tea.
Guests beware: loud renovation work starts at 8 AM, even on a Saturday
The staff was nice and helpful despite a nightmare experience . I found a bedbug in my bed and it was a total nightmare. I would never stay here again and would warn everyone to avoid this place. I didn't sleep at all and had to clean all my luggage and launder all my clothes before returning home. Stay away!

the accommodation is terrible, short of staff, everything is so expensive, I'm expecting five star accommodation, instead I'm getting a terrible room with nothing to offer, I wouldn't recommend to any friend of mine.

the atmosphere was excellent, they had two events while we were there and very expensive cars and lots of fancy people, we did not get the deluxe king room the first night although it was booked the food was too expensive, the treats in the room were too expensive, chips would be five dollars and a sandwich 24, we did not know parking was 25 a day and valet parking 36 dollars a day, the first day we were given double bed instead of a king and when i complaint they said that the reservation does not guarantee what we get, they were full and did not have a king bed, the next day they had the king bed so we moved and the room was much nicer, had a balcony and great view, the view room was smaller and no view, no balcony
Great Location, short walk to Rodeo Drive etc, friendly relaxed staff. The room was very basic and quite cramped. It wasn't clean, there was dust on all the surfaces and we were right on the main drive into the Hotel so it was quite noisy - avoid the "oasis" wing if possible. There was a lot of noise in from the corridors as well with noisy guests. I complained about this when I checked out, but the receptionist wasn't interested in doing anything about it. Overall it was really bad value for money.
Friendly staff on arrival. The ceiling/walls seemed paper thin as noise was excessive from people walking in the room above. Also the noise coming from thin windows. Upon leaving I advised the man on checkout about the noise and my dissatisfaction. He chose to ignore my concern and seemed more interested in charging me for mini bar use. The other girl who he seemed to be training apologized for the noise. This interaction did not make for a good impression of The Grafton.

The location was great, and the hotel had a fabulous boutique feel about it. Very noisy, we had to chage rooms, but the noise continued. We could hear everything going on above us.

It seems like it is falling apart and falling way behind the times. Ni restaurant, no room service, no bar. No coffee until after 6am...no coffee maker in the room...the gym is getting archaic..no free wifi....my tv did not work on this trip....I've been staying there for 10 years but I think I will have to make a deal with the Mondrian next door.
Great staff and fabulous pool area. Really was treated great would come back again for sure! Room was comfortable but a wee tacky. And very few places for guests at poolside if you did not have a suite which opened onto pool-those chairs were all reserved, leaving only one small table.

The room was large and quiet. Staff were very helpful. The location is excellent if you do not have a car and want to get around the city by walking, bus, taxi. I had interpreted from the website that the suite had a washing machine, but this turned out to be a laundry room in the basement for which we had to pay. The facilities in the kitchen area were poor and old.
It is cozy, the rooftop is a cool place to hang out Walls are too thin...stay in any room near the elevator and you will be up all night listening to it go up and down.

I did not like my stay at Le Parc Suites. My reservation was lost and it took a half an hour to check in. There was no hot water in my suite. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool area was unclean. I left a phone charger in my room and called the hotel to ask if they could locate it. No one would help me or return my call. When I called to discuss the matter with a supervisor he refused to return my call.
Walking distance to melrose Ave. No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for you. The rooms were where you never really noticed your neighbors. I loved that it was situated in a neighborhood. I liked taking walks the morning and evening. Great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay. Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
My husband and I had a fabulous stay at the Marina del Rey Hotel. Our room had a amazing view of the marina, was very well appointed and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to that part of LA.
Ambiance was great from the beachy/sea vibe in the lobby with the "flying" seagull sculptures hanging from the ceiling a wonderful scent machine in the lobby that makes you feel like you are at the beach. Very romantic setting at the outside bar complete with couches and fire pits. Beds were super comfortable. $30/day for valet parking is a bit steep when there is plenty of parking around the hotel. Give an option for people to park their own cars, even if you have to charge a fee.
The remodel is first class. The front desk service was fine. The dining was terrible. Slow inattentive service, overdone steak, raw salmon, overpriced.

The staff is very nice and the balcony in the room was a nice touch. Very inflexible, no option for late checkout or even a cup of coffee on the roof... forget complmentary coffee The bathroom was pretty run down, there were stickers on the ceiling and they didn't even provide bodywash! There was only ONE waitress at the cocktail bar on the roof. It took forever to get a menu and then even more time to place my order. I had one drink and just said "forget it." I've stayed at their hotels in NYC in the past and was blown away by the amazing experience I had there, here I wasn't For the price, I can't say I'd stay at this location again.

The hotel is right off the freeway, and the location is amazing. There is a gas station adjacent to the hotel, which was great because we just walked right over to buy some waters.
The look of the hotel is very cool. The rooms were spacious and clean with a nice bathroom area.

the location is great and it is located in a,quiet area for central beverly hills,one would expect a 'posher' decoration.the rooms were a touch 'tired',the hall carpets greyish with age and the check in was grubby and the walls behind dirty. the definition of double beds in usa needs to be redefined. with the average size of an american bod,i challenge two 'average americans' to sleep in one 'double'
