Very friendly and helpful staff. We hadn't booked a parking space but we were sorted within a minute. We forgot our phone charger (it can happen to the best of us!), the reception staff was very helpful, going through drawers for old chargers and let us used the onsite chargers. We put the sign "do not disturb" on our bedroom door and the cleaning personnel have respected this, we were never disturbed (not the case in every hotel). We asked for late checkout, which was also granted. Loved it!
