This is a charming, lovely place to stay. My husband and I enjoy the cabin a lot. It has a small living area with sofa. Nice decoration, modern facilities, tv, coffee machine. The bathoom is nice and got everything you need. Good shower. The breakfast is good with healthy choices. Keith is the best host! He is very kind to pick us up at the station, and take me to station the next day. He always make sure we got everything and feel comfortable. And he even text us and make sure we arrive the next destination ok. This is very kind and it is the best to meet nice people during the journey. We stay only one night there but we enjoyed it. Its very good value of money and highly recommended!
Beautifully arranged and just what we needed
I can't suggest ways to improve as everything was lovely and Keith was a great host.
It's a perfect stopping place when you're doing the South Downs Way. After 20 miles over the hills from Amberley the hot tub was a brilliant way to relax. It was a delicious breakfast too- the fresh melon & pineapple was gorgeous! It was all so well thought out & I loved the attention to detail Keith was an excellent host.
Excellent service Keith was the perfect host . Beautiful accommodation ,superb continental breakfast . Would certainly recommend & return .
Everything was superb.
Keith is a lovely host and picked us up from the train station and showed us round the lodge then we enjoyed the hot tub and a few drinks. He recommended a local pub The Ginger Fox which was amazing. He's clearly thought of everything as there was nothing missing. Lots of gadgets and modern twists from the Sonos speakers, iPad and sky TV. The lodge was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean and noting we could fault. The breakfast in the morning was great - fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and orange juice. We will be returning for sure. Thanks for a great stay, Keith.
