9.3 Excellent
Pros: Charming hosts and a fabulous breakfast, virtually all home-made. A comfy room with very individual touches, and a lovely area in the garden to sit and enjoy the sunshine. A lovely, warm, friendly atmosphere with nice people who are clearly genuinely out to please.
Cons: We wish we had realised that we needed to book an evening meal in advance. Somehow, other reviews gave the impression that the on-site restaurant was always open, but once we arrived we realised this was not the case. Our lovely hosts would gladly have cooked for us given prior warning, and we think other guests would appreciate being aware of this in advance so that they can book if they need to.

Pros: People make the difference between a great holiday and a poor holiday. The welcome that you receive at this home is beyond compare. Beautiful location the room we had was just beautiful. The hosts cooked a stunning meal complete with wine. We can't wait to return and spend more time at this beautiful place.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: A dozen home made jams to try at breakfast. Our room had a sea view which is always welcome to Londoners. Comfy bed, friendly hosts with good English and helpful recommendations. Secure parking if you have a classic car or motorbike.
Cons: Nothing, everything exceeded expectations.

Pros: The finest breakfast in all Brittany. Evening meal also of the highest standard we ate in 4 nights and enjoyed a variety of carefully prepared delicious food. Wonderful friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable bed indeed. immaculate throughout and yet rustic and charming. the area west of Roscoff is excellent for easy cycling, flat terrain spectacular empty beaches and enough to see for a weeks holiday. Friendly 9 hole golf club close by. We will certainly be back. A hidden gem.
Cons: We had to leave to come home!

Pros: Les Chambres du Mad is held by a lovely couple who are eager to share their story and rebuilt the place entirely. The property and its garden are beautiful and very nicely located. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is incredible. There are also two lovely cats, as charming as their owners.
Cons: Nothing. Really.

Pros: Great food. Catered for my gluten allergy really well.
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean, and comfortable
Cons: We had our account debited within the free cancellation period. Our requirements are on-site secure parking, and WI fi. We parked to check in, we were told that we had to park on some rough grass area by the entrance. When we returned later, the property did not appear to have any external lighting, luckily we had a torch on our phones, as it was very dark, with neither street lighting, nor any on site lighting. The driveway had been blocked off, to prevent any parking on the driveway. We had an early ferry so had previously e mailed the property, and they offered an early breakfast. The tea coffee, were communal & OUTSIDE the room, despite showing tea coffee maker in ALL rooms, consisting a Nespresso machine and kettle with teabags and sugar, we had our own milk & decaf coffee. We were also supposed to have a bottle of water; We were surprised not to have a flannel provided, with only a bottle of shower gel provided. The booking.com photos show a bag with toiletries & flannel. When other guests returned in the early hours of the morning, it was very noisy with footsteps above. We went down for breakfast; the table was set for four. We actually would not have liked to share the same table in very close proximity with another couple. The exceptional breakfast, was very disappointing, and was very surprised to have only black bread offered for breakfast, no French bread or croissants; we were presented with a plain yogurt, which we had to put some fruit preserve in. Everything was in two’s, two apples, two plums, all very strange, and not what we expected. We were then presented a bill of 1.2 euros, for city tax, which we were told we had to pay directly; this we felt was very embarrassing. We checked booking.com site, and it shows that the city tax of .60 euro was included in the price; we therefore paid the city tax twice. We accept that individually each comment is very minor, however we felt the negatives far outweighed the positive.
