5.7 Okay
Cons: The breakfast buffet was not great. Pretty sad and uninspired.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: I just needed a break from work in a place to stay. And this was the perfect hotel I was able to have a mountain side of you and the king size bed. The guest service was incredible I couldn’t of asked for a more relaxing day or better place for me just to recuperate from work .
Cons: I didn’t like the price and breakfast is $20 for what usually would get as a complementary breakfast and $14 for oatmeal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We requested a refrigerator in our room & the refrigerator was leaking so we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette. Front desk, and bell hops were nice and helpful. Room service was delicious, convenient & quickly served. Pool and hot tub were fun for the kids.
Cons: There was a long line to check in & only 1 person working the front desk.
0.0 Poor
Pros: The staff were courteous when presented with issues regarding our room. I also loved having the mini kitchen area in my room.
Cons: The room seemed like it was an older section of the hotel. The refrigerator was dirty & had mold in it. However, the staff replaced it after I showed them a picture of it. There was a great view of the mountains but the window was so dirty it was disappointing. The pool was closed during our stay. I purposely book hotels with pools for the kids so this very frustrating.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are the best! They want you to enjoy your stay and extend themselves to assure that your needs are met. Also, Marriott beds are the best. The toiletries in the room are first rate. The rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The breakfast room service is excellent and always on time. The hotel restaurant and bar have tasty but limited menus. The menus are significantly pricier than eating outside the hotel.
Cons: The rooms are a little stodgy, but comfortable. My room had a noisy hvac unit that was somewhat annoying. None of this would stop me from coming back to this property.

Pros: Bed was just ok, pillows just ok. Overall kinda mediocre
Cons: The noise was horrible, kids running every where, it was like thunder from above, could get any sleep.

Pros: It was clean.
Cons: It was depressingly dark everywhere. The ceilings are low and the lights are dim in the hallways and common areas. The entire place is different shades of dark tan and rust color. No life. I did not want to be there except to sleep. And it smelled like an old lady's house. This property does not currently live up to the Hilton standard and needs a refresh sooner than later.

4.8 Okay
Pros: OK for travelling through.
Cons: We paid the extra money compared to other hotel for the pool/spa. Pool/spa was closed. Front desk person was dealing with another upset customer who's room spa was not working. She gave the women a 20% off. I asked since the general pool and spa was closed could we get the same credit. She said yes, printed the rate which i noted the reduction. She said it would show up on my credit card as a reduction. A week later no credit. No i'm disputing through priceline to get the credit. What a bother.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Near I -15
Cons: After a predicted light snow, they did not shovel, salt or plow. As a result I was unexpectedly seriously injured. No assistance or human kindness offered by hotel staff; I had to beg the clerk for directions to the nearest hospital. Seriously, not even " are you ok?" let alone an offer to call an ambulance or help me find medical care.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was quite small for the price we paid for one night, wish it was bigger for sure, probably won't stay there again, but the rest was good, the breakfast was delicious
Cons: Small rooms

Pros: Housekeeping was fantastic, everyone was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean and easy to find.
Cons: I liked the pool area but would have liked a place to sit/ lay outside. I also would have preferred to have a safe in the room instead of the front desk, but that's just a personal preference.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was super friendly! We swam in the pool for about an hour and it was great!
Cons: Rooms were a little outdated and needed some refurbishment. Sink and shower were really old. The whole hotel was very humid for some reason and musty

Cons: Place still has old hotel smell. Stairwells still seem old.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good, and that was about the only good part of my stay.
Cons: The poor girl at the front desk seemed completely clueless as to how things worked. They messed up my reservation and lost my booking, then took an hour to finally give me a room which was dirty. Had to ask to switch rooms. I expected more from a Marriot Managed location.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about this place is that the pool stays open until midnight. It alone will be a selling point for future trips to the area. Breakfast was great. The staff were unbelievably friendly. I thought the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It's an older hotel, but has been updated and is kept clean.
Cons: Even with the AC down all the way and blowing all night, the room still didn't cool down as much as I'd like. Parking was an issue-some event was going on and we had to park way down the road. Very frustrating for how expensive the room was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Family friendly. Warm welcome.
Cons: Wish the hot tub was hotter.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was subpar.
4.5 Okay
Pros: This was a great location next to the provo river but the road construction was very inconvenient.
Cons: Room was shabby and old. Soda machine on my floor and the second floor were broken. Had to go to nearest store to purchase a soda. Room key didn't work and had to go to office and have it rekeyed. Breakfast was mediocre.

Pros: the staff was excellent (thank you, Mary) Dog Friendly The bed and pillows were super comfortable Fridge in our room Great water pressure in the shower Pool/hot tub/ and wet sauna on site The free breakfast was better than expected with hot waffles, eggs and sausage.
Cons: All the carpets were dirty. The entry stairs were filthy dirty! The upper floor hallways were hot, over 80 degrees hot at 1 AM. The parking lot was dark and a bit spooky the outside door's lock was busted so anyone could gain access to the hallways.

Pros: Great for the money.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the price was reasonable. The location was easy to find, and the staff was friendly.

6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: Breakfast could be better
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable - a great value for the money. We've stayed here several times, and while the rooms are old, they are clean and appear well cared for. The air conditioners blow very cold if you want them to, which we love!
Cons: Parking can get a little full, and plugs are hard to find near the desk or by the beds.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Room, staff, location
Cons: Breakfast was just pastries and cereals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved location, beautiful atmosphere, room size, breakfast
4.8 Okay
Pros: The beds were really comfy and breakfast was really nice. The room had a fridge which made it really nice with a baby. Also the other guests that were staying at the hotel were very friendly and the girl who checked us in seemed really sweet as well.
Cons: the pool was freezing and had cold air blowing into the room from the vents. The hot tub jets didn't work and there was a ton of garbage around it. Also in our room we found hair still in the sink and what looked like feces on one of the cards in the bathroom. The room keys and the keys to the building weren't working And we were unable to get any extra towels or anything. Most disturbing of all was the night clerk. It was New Year's eve and there was a loud party right down the hall and the halls filled with families hanging out add celebrating (which we honestly had NO problem with) but the night clerk came and pounded on our door and told us she had noise complaints about us. When my husband tried to explain to her he didn't understand because we weren't being loud, she told him to be quiet mid sentence and walked away very rudely. My husband is an army combat veteran and to him that was incredibly disrespectful. I went to the office to talk to her about it (meanwhile there is STILL a party and loud music and yelling in the halls) and she was very defensive, rude, she lied, kept changing her story and then made excuses. I assured her we would be silent all night and asked to have a manager contact me which she never did. It really ruined what was supposed to be a fun relaxing New Year's with my husband and baby and we were incredibly disappointed and honestly just wanted to go home. We will not be returning if she's still working there neither will any if our family.

Cons: The pool was out of order but I had called them prior to booking to make sure they had an indoor pool and a decent continental breakfast and they told me all about how great their pool was but failed to mention it's closed until further notice. Cons: We booked through kayak and Getaroom and we showed up and there was no reservation and no room at the hotel. They said that kayak hasn’t changed their info like they requested and we were the 7th people that day that had the same problem. I will never book or try to stay there again

Cons: They needed protein in breakfast roon-boiled eggs and or create more cheese and bagel.
8.0 Excellent

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, especially Raj. Very personable and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Rooms were simple and clean. Breakfast choices were plenty and varied, a nice surprise for a budget hotel.
Cons: Pool was closed for renovations. One ice machine was not working. Not all rooms had refrigerators and we were told they were simply removing them and not replacing them once they broke down.
4.2 Okay
Cons: Very disappointed super 8 need to take there name off this place not up to there standard. Dirty
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff, facilities and overall cleanliness were very good.
Cons: The breakfast offered was very underwhelming...
6.2 Good
Pros: I loved how fancy the hotel was and the staff was pretty friendly.
Cons: I paid by the day and so it started out with $51 the first night, then $63, then $79 and finally $146. I guess they wanted me to pay all 4 days at once so I'm not cheated. What else could I do? I wasn't sure WHEN I could go back home!!!!!! Also, the water kept going from hot to cold to hot to cold etc.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I will enter my several complaints elsewhere. Suffice it to say that no one should ever spend $45 on this hotel. It's definitely worth another $20 to stay somewhere clean and safe!
