Pros (+) I liked that there were a lot of pools and a water park. Staff were great and food was okay.
Cons (-) The room needed a bit of updating. The shower head didn't work well and sprayed water everywhere. Lighting was a bit dark in the room.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, variety and quality of pools, and the extensive breakfast options. The location was highlighted as convenient and close to the beach or attractions. While many found the service professional and helpful, some mentioned inconsistent experiences with staff and slow service at times. The resort's family-friendly atmosphere, amenities, and well-maintained grounds were appreciated. However, a few guests noted issues with room comfort, food quality, and value for price, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews
