Location was good, but they barely cleaned our room. We only had 1 garbage can and they seldom emptied it. Management was very difficult to deal with and seldom kept there word. Everything was very expensive, however service and quality was poor.

Cons (-) The carpet in the walkway near our room was torn and tattered. The door to our building was not closing and the area outside the door was in need of repair. We are Hilton rewards members and they gave us a room under subpar conditions. I have never seen a Hilton so dilapidated. The foyer is nice but the rooms off the main section are subpar .

Cons (-) This hotel is an old run down place which doesn't merit the Hilton name on it. The entire place is filled with old stained furniture, the rugs in the rooms are old and stained, completely unacceptable.
