The hotel went on strike the second day I was there. Managers were trying to run what they could. Horrible experience Hilton would not put me in another. Kayak did nothing for me. Travelaro did nothing for us. We were stuck people yelling in megaphones from 7AM till nighttime We obviously prepaid, so Kayak and the hotel would do nothing. Using each other for an excuse. Why was my Wife and I put in...

There was a strike going on while we arrived on property. They had blow horns, mega phones, speakers, drummers. It was an awful experience. We woke up to loud noise and had a hard time falling asleep

All of the food staff was amazing but the front desk and concierge were smug and acted like they didn’t want to talk to you. Also there was a horrendous smell on our floor the first two days of our stay, but the line in the lobby was always very backed up and too long to inquire if they were aware of the situation.

The view of the harbor and easy access to it. Needs an upgrade. The bathroom was very small and some of the towels were pretty thin for a Hilton.

They oversold the hotel. We arrived at approximately 10p and they told us that they did not have a room for us even though we had a confirmation.

Pros (+) We loved the amazing views of the bay and the Coronado Bridge! Everything was clean. We got to borrow a pack n' play for our youngest son with no issues. Being central to downtown was great because we were able to walk to many restaurants using the pedestrian bridge. Our kids also loved the pool and the little splash area with a slide. So fun! Would definitely return in the future.
Cons (-) Parking is expensive, hotel check-in took a really long time. It was memorial day though so it's expected. Not a fan of the urban resort fee. I thought that was a little excessive.

Cons (-) Bed was terrible and room wasn’t very clean; price was high for subpar.
