Very busy Cruise hotel, loud and lots of people at all times. Also, some issues with the elevators working properly. And my first room was not cooling properly, had to switch to different room.

Nice location, there is a free trolly dropoff spot nearby as well. Clean, well-maintained, and quiet which I needed since I was here for a business trip.

From a Hilton we expected a bit more: The description of the parking implies that the Hilton offers free parking for the guest - but it's not! At the lobby there are no brochures about Miami, touristic sites etc. In the room are no informations about services of the Hilton (restaurants, swimming pool, opening times etc.), hooks at the walls are missing for hanging something, first we even missed a...

The hotel is a little run down (stair wells, windows, roof, etc), but the room itself was very nice. The room service was very fast, and the food tasted great.

Pros (+) Hotel was in a great location for my stay, very close to the airport and still very scenic because of the lagoon. Better gym than many hotels I have stayed at a a nice half mile jogging loop around the lagoon. Great pool area and the grounds were full of iguanas of all sizes. The coffee shop/cafe/food store was convenient. The room was nice and clean.
Cons (-) The Covid-19 restrictions put a damper on things as the food options were very limited and so were the staff. Concierge was M. I. A. When I needed to schedule a shuttle to the airport and I ended up paying for Lyft.

Pros (+) The room was nice and pool area
Cons (-) The staff the lady located at the checking area for honors members was a bit rude once she found out I got my room using points and told me I could not get any of my benefits as a good member. Understand no room upgrade but no internet either no this no that. Which was fine just her tone and way she said it made me realize maybe I don’t really need to stay good at Hilton.
