Nice hotel with excellent views and location. Unbeatable price vs quality. Confortable rooms well equipped, big restaurant, bar and pool 2 squares from the sea in the most quiet beach in Fort Lauderdale I recommend it

Pros (+) The bartender was amazing. I arrived early (about an hour and a half before check in time) and was tired. My room was not ready but the staff rushed to get it done so I could check in and shower.
Cons (-) I’m a clean freak so I noticed things like dirt around the floor boards. The finish on the bathroom mirror was visibly peeled off. The entry door to the room had a strange gap so I could actually see quite a bit of light from the hallway shining through to my room. And in the shower, the ceiling was damaged.

Cons (-) Hotel has not been very well maintained. Floor of the shower was filthy (black mold). Restaurant staff was excellent.

Pros (+) My favorite things about the "resort" would have to be the location and the view from our 9th floor room. A lot of great food and drink choices within short walking distance and the beach was right across the street. The waterfront view was spectacular.
Cons (-) I didn't care for the late check-in time, 4pm. I got there at noon but didn't get my key until 3:55pm. Don't show up early as you will just be sitting in the lobby. I didn't care for the size of the beds. Two small twin beds, very uncomfortable for three people. Also, when I was there the "resort" was doing renovations, no pool. Wish I would have known earlier

Pros (+) The hotel was overall very nice. The lobby was bright and white and clean. The beach was across the street and close to the local shops and restaurants . Beds were comfortable, WE atyed on the 11th floor , side ocean view, Mostly the bay and parking lot view with a small balcony. Overall decent hotel for the price and length of stay .
Cons (-) We booked an Ocean view room and were downgraded to partial view the day of overlooking the bay and parking lot. Because the room was downgraded they gave us complementary breakfast and transportation to the Hilton Ft Lauderdale to use their pool. (they were under renovations) so the pool was also closed. The rooms was fine but the sliding door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn't close. The wa...
