Pros (+) Location and staff friendliness.
Cons (-) Elevators were so busy and slow. Room was not spacious.
Pros (+) Reasonably priced hotel. Plenty to choose from at buffet breakfast even to westerners. Eggs cooked to order, bacon etc. The hotel is in district 5 in Chinatown, however you need to travel to district 1 to get to the better part of town. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to town on the hour and they will pick you up too.

Pros (+) It's a wonderful hotel. All the workers are friendly and Great! Grate service! Right next to a market place. Shopping availble at the 1st 2nnd and 3rd floor of the hotel.
