Pros (+) The price was right. Was in the car for 12 hours, it was nice to find a cheap hotel be able to go hang out at the pool and relax. Then wake up and eat and continue our drive. The staff was very nice. My reservation took a little bit to go through but the front desk clerk took care of us and communicated with us.
Cons (-) Honestly cant come up with any thing
Pros (+) You can’t expect much in Holbrook Arizona. My only complaint is that the fridge in the room was broke. The room was really cold when we first got there, and the maid knocked on our door really early to see if we wanted the room cleaned.
Pros (+) Nothing good to say -- would not go back to this property.
Cons (-) Staff provided poor customer service; depending on the different individuals we encountered we were either told what the staff thought we wanted to hear with what turned out to be no intention of following through, or they simply acted aloof and disinterested. Besides issues with the staff, the rooms are old and look beat up and the free breakfast is minimal and poor quality.
