Pros. Location
Cons. Maintenance. Carpet at 1813 was stained, filthy, drapes were dusty. Looks like bedsheets were not changed from previous customer. No quality control on maintenance.
Pros. It was close to many shops
Cons. We arrived and we were given a room key, after trying to figure out where to park to just check in. There is no parking except the garage, which you are not allowed in without a room key. The room we were assigned and given a key to was occupied, so we walked into a room full of another person's belongings. Needles to say we then didn't feel safe leaving our room and belongings unattended. The floors were really gross, but the beds were clean. The hallways smelled strongly of pot as soon as stepping of the elevator despite the numerous no smoking signs. When we went to check out the next morning the female attendant questioned my husband because his name wasn't on the reservation. Who cares! We are trying to return the room key!
Pros. Comfortable Beds
Pros. The view from my room
Cons. Christina the customer service rep was very un helpful and was making everything so difficult Also there were ants in motel
Pros. For the price of the room and the location it was ok. I would recommend a few nights stay for those who frequently travel and need somewhere to stay.
Cons. The building is need of a makeover. The carpet looks as if its never been chamged. The cleanliness of the building was subpar at best. Better attention to detail would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
Pros. It was close to food and beach
Cons. Looked good in the pictures but once we arrived it was obvious that it was nothing like the photos. Paint on the walls were patch jobs with different colors and can't even properly patch a hole in the wall. Floors were gross and stained.
Pros. Front desk were very friendly
Cons. You could hear other visitors coming in and out rooms
Cons. Decor was outdated for the price being charged
Pros. On the upside the AC worked well and the view from the room window is great.
Cons. There were cockroaches in the room when we walked in, everything was dirty, and we waited over an hour at the front desk when we arrived for someone to find the person to check us in and give us a room key. Their website says that there's WIFI but you can only use it in the lobby (no in-room WIFI). Charges more than the advertised price when you arrive (they add an "amenity fee"). Drunk people were wandering about everywhere from the nightclub downstairs. And employees at restaurants near the lobby heckled anyone who walked by.
Pros. Location, price compared to the other surrounding hotels, parking always available with daily fee.
Cons. Hotel is in need of a remodel (a bit run down), bathroom supplies not replenished when needed, can be loud at times (more of a younger crowd as customers "sorta feel.")
