Full English breakfast was very generous and excellent. Nothing to complain about.
Pros (+) i liked the idea of staying there, but i couldn't take the trip.
Cons (-) getting my money back for canceling the reservation more than a week before the date. since i'd bought it on line, it was prepaid, so even though it was a Holiday Inn, the Holiday Inn rules about canceling did not govern the financial transaction. so it was a lot of $'s to get NOTHING.
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable, the linens were soft and of a high quality. I also really liked the breakfast spread.
