The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast was great. Easy access to the airport through an inside tunnel to terminal 4 and the tube system to other terminals and London.

Pros (+) i liked the idea of staying there, but i couldn't take the trip.
Cons (-) getting my money back for canceling the reservation more than a week before the date. since i'd bought it on line, it was prepaid, so even though it was a Holiday Inn, the Holiday Inn rules about canceling did not govern the financial transaction. so it was a lot of $'s to get NOTHING.
