buffet dinner and breakfast are awesome. we booked a road-view room, which is a pity. views from sea-side rooms are awesome. Personnel is very kind, of course it's Japan ;-) We really loved dinner and breakfast. And foot-onsen with sea-view !
in general, the hotel needs refurbishing. but i think it's quite common in ibusuki.

We got there much earlier in the morning before check in time but they are very flexible to provide us the room. And provide all valid information and resources they have to help us get the ticket at the port. Although not every staff speaks good English they will try everything they can to understand my requirements and helped me out. I am very impressed by their service
