The staff was lovely and accommodating when I needed tickets printed or in trying to find a parking space.
We didn't get towels on the first night even though we checked in well past midnight and had to leave early the next morning. The room needs a dehumidifier because it has a pungent damp smell upon entry and there is no flow of air in there.
Overall bad experience
Sort of close to the subway, nice staff.
Sheets were not cleaned at all and had dirt/sweat stains all over the sheets, shower was moldy, outlets in walls did not work properly, tv did not work, card reader barely worked, bad area of London, and very thin walls.
The staff was friendly. That's about it.
To keep things simple: -The card reader on the door was broken. -The remote didn't work. -The air conditioner didn't turn on until nearly three hours after it should have. -The room smelled like smoke and dust. -The bathroom smelled like a combination of sewer and mold. -There was mold all over the shower and wooden stand in bathroom. (Ended up not even showering.) -There was a hole in the floor where the pipe led to the sewer, where I'd imagine much of the smell was coming from. Had to keep the bathroom door closed whenever possible and hold my breath when entering. Wouldn't recommend unless you're on a super tight budget and don't mind being a bit uncomfortable.
