Pros (+) The hotel is a great location and has beachfront access. It is right on Gulf Shore BLVD near the 688 causeway. There are a couple of restaurants and bars across the street. A CVS is also nearby which is convenient. Room had a brand new ceiling fan which worked well. Front desk attendant was nice.
Cons (-) The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very sub-par. The hallways look like an abandoned insane asylum with low tile ceilings, rusted sprinkler heads, and old wood doors. Some of the room number signs were faded or failing off. Upon entering the room we were greeted with a musky smell, but we proceeded to turn on the lights and investigate the room.
