The staff was wonderful to us and worked with us on our puppy deposit and I just started a new job and they helped out on letting us pay later. Staff were amazing.

it was quiet, even though there were dogs and loud guests in the other wing.
I believe my grandson was bitten by bed bugs, so cleanliness is out the door. the toilet was dirty, black mold in the shower. totally disappointed after being told we were in the remodeled wing.
They owe me $100 back to my card they charged me $100 and said it was a deposit I want my money or I file theft charges.

Every time i came back into the room it smelled like chemicals really strongly, which isnt a bad smell to smell it just became overwhelming when you first walked in.
Everything. This was said to be a 2 1/2 stars and this was barely a 1. Everything at the property was run down, broken, or smelled of mildew. The neighborhood was sketchy at best with two strip clubs within waking distance.
