The hotel is located very close to Taksim square and has very good access to public transportation. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from Taksim Square. All the persons who work there are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, not bad rooms, every day cleaning and changing towels. The terrace on the 6th floor with nice view. Breakfasts! Very poor! Especially the first morning we came for it. I was shocked. It was mostly nothing to eat. But next 3 days they added olives and sausage and it was better. But still…from all my staying in Istanbul it was the worst breakfast.
