Many reasons to like the hotel; facilities (love the pool - ideal for laps), super friendly stuff, the jewelry shop was brilliant and got wonderful quality necklaces for my wife and daughters (ask for Ashok). And 2 more points; lovely Ms. Binita that helped with booking and organizing my stay and tours, and Chef Abhijeet for making me a VIP guest in the dining room. Overall, great stay - highly recommended!
laundry&press did not do a good job. One white shirt had yellowish marks following ironing. Shame, was one of my better ones.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Good SPA.
No Executive Level, so no private lounge area for Elite members. Also very limited choice of eating options and the lobby area was full and very noisy due to on going weddings. Restaurant staff needs to be better trained.
