Pros (+) This staff will bend over backwards for you. Any issue we had from not speaking a lick of the local language to giving us our very own unscheduled private shuttle to the airport. There was a couple things that were not perfect like a much needed vacuum, but the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff far outweigh that. They taught us the bus system, showed us great food/shopping, and eve...
