Pros. This staff will bend over backwards for you. Any issue we had from not speaking a lick of the local language to giving us our very own unscheduled private shuttle to the airport. There was a couple things that were not perfect like a much needed vacuum, but the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff far outweigh that. They taught us the bus system, showed us great food/shopping, and even ordered us a pizza. We really needed the pizza... Loved this place and if we ever go back to Jeju there is no doubt in mind we'd stay again.
Cons. Hair. Please clean out the hair from previous visitors. I found too much for my liking.
