Pros: It was really easy to change flights at a nominal cost (to me). Cabin is decently comfortable for an economy airline. Crew is nice. Boarding and other processes are run pretty efficiently. I got from point a to point b.
Cons: If you don't buy your baggage allowance in advance, then expect to pay exorbitant amounts ($80 USD for snowboard bag). Buying allowance online is better--$25 USD. Jetstar is going to nickel and dime you, but all the budget airlines will. In flight frills? None. Again, don't expect it. I am disappointed that I could not order a $6 hot dog. HA! Instead I got a $5 Croque Monsieur which was not worth it. Save yourself $$$ by bringing food onto the plane. Tip: in Sapporo airport (New Chitose), you must get food outside the gate area before security.
