Great Staff,Beds Comfortable, Everything worked !
Breakfast Buffet was a little sparce. Could have had maybe Sausage besides just Bacon and some cheese to put on Scrambled Eggs. Wait Staff seemed a little light.
Best location for visiting johnstown
Food could have been better
swimming pool and newspaper
mandatory parking charge
We arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in sooner.
We were very pleased, we liked everything.
The room was clean and spacious. The TV was modern.
At the pool, not ONE of the outlets was energized. They were ALL dead. I had to charge my phone up for a minute, because it went dead. Had to go back up to the room.
It was located just a block from the arena. We went to see the Disney on Ice. The hotel was just 1 block away. The pool and hot tub was nice after a cold winter day.
The pool could have been warmer.
I visit my grandparents for the holidays and the location is perfect
Hotel restaurant is on the pricy side, especially for the area
Clean, quiet good location to get to everything
paying for parking
The hotel interior was decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfortable.
I was disappointed that there was a note taped to the front desk stating the pool & hot tub were unavailable for all of September. This was not even stated on the hotel web site. The pool is part of the reason I chose this hotel over a cheaper one.
paying for parking n handicap should be free
It was very clean and we'll maintained.
Older hotel that has been updated. Very clean.
Pool worked but was very cold, Hot tub and spa were inop. You have to walk to the front desk to get pool towels that were very small and very scratchy. Had to go to three soda machines to get one that worked.
way off a major interstate. through mountains. over priced restaurant. Rooms were outdated and old. Staff was cold and short.
They put dogs in the room across from us which kept barking most of the day until about midnight. Need to put them at an end. There was also a pool party on saturday when we tried to use the pool so it was very crowded.
Its a nice hotel with nice ammenities
$5 for parking. Also, they took my credit card for incedentals and ended up charging the room to my card even though i paid through priceline. It was a pain to get it refunded
The staffs are friendly and profeesional
The housekeeping did not clean thoroughly. There were hairs on the pillow and on the toilet flusher area when I checked in to my room. The same day the house keeping missed the spot again (she didn't see the hairs on the toilet flusher area).
The hotel had a lovely lobby and the public areas were modern and clean.
The parking facilities, while servicable, were older and it was inconvenient to carry everything down ramps and stairs to the hotel - be sure to take advantage of using a baggage cart when you pull up to the reception area. The beds were tiny.
The hotel manager was unfriendly and would not get off the phone with her friend to help us, then when we asked if we could have a single queen she held her hand over the phone microphone and told us she had nothing available then continued to talk.
actually I bid on a 2 1/2 star...upgraded to a 3 however was quite disappointed for 3 reasons.1.breakfast not included 2.would not give us a king size bed 3.charged us extra for parking...these are always included with a 2 1/2 star which is what I wanted.
The pool was a nice size
1. I had to pay $5 for parking 2.no vent in the bathroom(seriously) 3. Small room 4. No free breakfast 5.was charged for kids meals even though listed free on menu Would not recommend this hotel
The hotel charged an extra $5.00 for parking, even though there was plenty of inside and outside parking.
the food was good in the restaurant. The Bed was fine.
Additional charge for parking was not disclosed until check in. Told the charge was for security. When I asked if security was an issue, I was told there was no issues. No towels at the pool. need to walk back to the from desk to get a small worn towe
We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is in the middle of downtown Johnstown. The rooms were nice & clean and the restaurant was wonderful. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and although there were a couple of glitches with the maid service, everyone else associated with this hotel more than made up for these little irritations. I would definately stay there again.
Rooms were fresh and clean. Staff was friendly. Did not eat at there. Close to all of the museums etc.
It was an overall bad experience. The parking was horrible, the front desk supervisor was rude and the pool was taken over with outside guests having a birthday party. Our room (for 4 adults) had a king size bed and a twin size pullout sofa. We were required to pay before seeing the room. We don't go to Johnstown often but I can tell you that we will never stay at this hotel again.
Comfortable Hotel.Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and remodeled. Everything worked, even the wireless internet.Front Desk help was great.
