Pros:Location The location of the hotel is very close to the Jounieh old city, i visited on foot. Close to the highway and easy to find.
Cons:Hotel did not have an ironing board, i was given an broken iron and told to use the bed as an ironing board. So i sent my clothes to be pressed instead, which cost $50 USD. No blow-dryer in the room. When i asked for one they said they did not have. Then on the last day while checking out, i mentioned this fact, and the response was "We have blow-dryer, you should have asked"...Really? Staff could not communicate properly with my partner who is anglophone...good thing i can speak a little Lebanese. We booked a room with 2 beds, breakfast, and a sea view...instead we were given a room with a view to the neighbors (they call it mountain view). We had no breakfast included, and had a king size bed..which they later split to two single beds. The location of the hotel does not allow for a mountain view or a sea view, so do not be deceived with the additional cost for such views. The hotel faces north and south from either way...the Mountain and the sea are West and East. It is good enough for someone travelling on business and wants something cheap. Or someone that needs to rent a hotel room for casual intercourse. Otherwise, it is not recommended for someone travelling in a couple for recreation.
