Pros (+) Location The location of the hotel is very close to the Jounieh old city, i visited on foot. Close to the highway and easy to find.
Cons (-) Hotel did not have an ironing board, i was given an broken iron and told to use the bed as an ironing board. So i sent my clothes to be pressed instead, which cost $50 USD. No blow-dryer in the room. When i asked for one they said they did not have. Then on the last day while checking out, i mentioned this fact, and the response was "We have blow-dryer, you should have asked"...Really? Staff could...
