This hotel is great value for money. The restaurant is really good, both for the buffet breakfast, dinner and the restaurant staff. Our room was huge and had a good view.
The reception staff are pretty unhelpful. The hotel also claims to have a pool and advertises photos of one, but there is no pool. The pool and photos referenced I think are of the spa next door which was closed for the duration of our stay. When we asked staff about it they just said it was closed for the next 3 months?
Nothing at all!
Ordinary hotel, supposed to be mid class, but beware to sleep from the 8th to 10th floor, on 11th floor there’s a sky bar, that’s mean high volume music till 1.00am at night, boozed people shouting on corridor and lot of prostitution, it’s better to sleep between 2nd to 5th floor on the right side of the hotel. Room are quite clean, stay away from this place
I wish I could get a refund. It was awful. They did not react to my messages about changes requested. The room description was wrong. The bar on the floor above was incredibly loud until 3am. Did not get any sleep and felt ignored.
Perfect location, just by the river, great views from the balcony. Good breakfast, nice mix of local and western food. Great views from the sky bar. Room is spacious, comfortable beds, only A/C is a bit noisy. Receptionist arranged us a tuk tuk driver for a trip around the city and temples, he was also a guide and we enjoyed it very much.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great views of the Mekong River.
The pool was in a separate building and looked tired. The roof top bar was very dark and lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was ok if you wanted to eat Cambodian food. The fresh fruit on offer was dry and taste less and the sweet, natural yoghurt was flavoured with garlic. Very peculiar and not appetizing!
