Great rooms & friendly staff, lovely staff, wonderful view, perfect location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, very modern and clean, position, location is perfect, right on the harbour, plenty of choice at breakfast, delightful staff at breakfast, sea view room, pool area, Gina and Mario were friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile, our sea view room overlooked the harbour and we had views across to Albania, the pool area was a nice area to relax, again with great views, stunning views, large comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast, room was spotless and the view superb, plenty of choice for breakfast, Gina was exceptional and helped with many added extra's before and after trip, fab location and staff so nice and friendly, breakfast very nice with a peaceful restaurant overlooking the bay, swimming pool & sun beds, great location good breakfast comfortable room, the location was fantastic- you could wander out to many restaurants, walk round to beautiful bays with crystal clear sea or sit on your balcony and watch the world, perfect location right in the centre of the harbour on the side closest to Bataria and Pipitos beaches with lovely sea views, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff especially Gina on the front desk, the location right on the harbour is beautiful, the view from our top floor front room was superb, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, good location, clean and comfortable room, staff really helpful and friendly, varied and plentiful breakfast in breakfast room overlooking the harbour, pool small but nice and again a beautiful view, great location, lovely breakfast and really helpful staff, Gina was awesome, beautiful hotel in perfect location, everything regarding this hotel is more than excellent, perfect location with breathtaking views to the harbour of Kassiopi, large and modern room with all amenities needed, excellent breakfast, multiple varieties made with fresh ingredients, the location, the friendliness of all employees, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the view, the property was beautifully kept, it was immaculate, the facilities felt modern and yet in keeping with the surroundings, the location was amazing, literally a few steps and you were out on to Kassiopi’s beautiful harbour area, the staff were extremely warm and friendly and very helpful, clean and modern facilities right in the harbour of Kassiopi, location, views and staff, the location, the friendliness of all employees, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the view, everything! Bathroom was exceptional, breakfast was amazing, location was perfect, fantastic location in Kassiopi near the beachfront, shops, and restaurants, staff were fantastic and we even got a late checkout at the last minute excellent service, friendly, location, quality of hotel, the facilities and location were first class, location is excellent, right in Kassiopi harbour, staff are excellent, wonderful breakfast choice, the team that run the day to day operation were fantastic, always cheerful, helpful, friendly, and engaging, excellent, the location - right on the harbour and within easy walking distance of nearly all the main bars and restaurants - couldn't have been any better, our room was clean, the staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was great, super hotel, excellent staff, perfect location, excellent location and very comfortable room with excellent view of the harbour, great staff, excellent location, wonderful breakfast using top quality/fresh home made produce, super clean, comfortable rooms

Very hard beds and pillows, karaoke bar next door, the hardest mattresses, couldn’t sleep, menu was the same as the bistro, it didn’t have a lift, shower set up means the spray goes all over the main bathroom floor, the steps into the pool were a little unstable, beds a bit hard, reception check-in staff tiny bathroom, rooms were small, a bit noisy in the evenings, some late-night noise from a nearby bar in rooms by the pool but not the hotel’s fault, personally I would have liked the air on in the dining area on, but it was August and I chose to travel in August so can’t complain about the heat really! That’s why I gave it a 9 out of 10, no complaints, everything was great, nothing, nothing to dislike, highly recommended, no issues, hard to think of anything, possible sunbed area could be bigger but don't think the area would allow, but even so the pool and sundeck is lovely with a wonderful view over the harbour, and only other thing was balcony chairs were a little uncomfortable but I was allowed to borrow a cushion from the breakfast room, no issues, the only real downside was that the beds weren't particularly comfortable, lack of car parking, I think the restaurant and food would be better, no parking close to the hotel, despite being there for 4 nights we only got one day’s supply of water, tea bags, and toiletries, nothing, having to leave, nothing, nothing, nothing

The hotel doesn't have its own parking, so if you are traveling by car, it can be a problem. It is the center of the town, so it is overcrowded with people, cars, and motorcycles, and it is hard to find a parking spot. Parking at the harbor is difficult. The car park at the top of the town does long-stay parking at 5 Euros per day. Guaranteed space, come and go as you please - easy.

The location is perfect, right on the harbor and only a 5-10 minute walk to the most beautiful little beaches and coves. The hotel overlooks the harbor and has views across to Albania. The hotel is in the center of the town, near the beachfront, shops, and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of nearly all the main bars and restaurants. It is within easy walking distance to the center of the town and Kalamionas Beach.

Plenty of choice at breakfast, a wide variety of choices, Greek yogurt, dates, cereals, freshly baked bread, cooked options, almond milk for the dairy intolerant, multiple varieties made with fresh ingredients, varied and plentiful breakfast in a breakfast room overlooking the harbor, a wonderful breakfast choice, using top quality/fresh homemade produce, and a peaceful restaurant overlooking the bay.

Guests highly recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the harbor for spectacular views.

Some guests noted that rooms facing the harbor may experience noise from nearby bars, so light sleepers may prefer rooms away from the harbor.

As the hotel does not have its own parking, guests traveling by car should be prepared for potential challenges finding parking in the crowded town center.

Guests mentioned that the shower design in the bathrooms may lead to the entire bathroom getting wet during use.

Some guests reported an occasional unpleasant smell from the nearby cesspool, so those sensitive to odors may want to take this into consideration.
