Pros (+) Closest hotel to Bald Mountain, great views. Very friendly staff. The heated pool is fun and very relaxing.

Pros (+) Warm, comfortable, close to town, super dog friendly - gave our dogs goody bags; convenient pet relief area with poo bag dispenser. Good breakfast. Plentiful coffee. Quiet room. Great staff.
Cons (-) The floor of our dog-friendly room was laminated “wood” and “tile” that was so slippery even in our bare feet that we feared we’d fall. Our smaller dog was afraid to walk on it. I understand the cleanup is easier. The floors were really cold, too. We haven’t had a carpetless room before so we’ll plan better for that in the future - slippers for us, runner-type quilt for the dogs to walk in.
