The yellow backsplash in the shower ads a bright and funky vibe to the ivory room finishings. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival and direct contact to a local guest experience manager for any questions, needs or recommendations during their stay. For overnight parking, here are some parking lots: • 204 Simonton Street (This is the closest to your unit!) • Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot • Park N Ride Old Town Garage Street parking information: • There are pay-to-park spots and meters, which are free from 12AM - 8AM, with a 3-day limit. • The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces close to your unit, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them. Other Things to Note: - Relax by the brand-new, heated pool in the back of the home! - Rent this room along with the rest of the Grand Maloney Hotel for an exclusive takeover for up to 16 guests! - Ask us about our other neighboring units for groups exceeding this guest count. - There are no onsite laundry facilities. - This is not a pet friendly hotel. - For the purpose of creating a safe environment for our guests, the exterior of the building is monitored by security cameras. - The communal kitchen area encompasses two large refrigerator drawers, an espresso maker, sink and select glassware.
