The studios are located close to the center of Kissamos which has a lot of restaurants. The rooms are perfectly cleaned up daily. Very very clean! Location, excellent, by the local beach. Great eating places nearby. The people are very friendly. It is a simple place, no luxuries, not for people who expect fancy things. But it has everything you need. The most important thing: it is in a real local neighborhood, with real local people. You get a sense of local life a bit (this is rare!). For travelers who are interested. Not for the indifferent ones. Spacious studio, close to the beach (5 min), the center, a big supermarket and the bus station. Nice staff. The studio was as described and tailored for our needs. The studio is located within walking distance from the seafront of Kissamos with several restaurants nearby. The kitchenette (stove and fridge/freezer) and AC functioned properly. The check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The studio was also very clean. Nice localization, clean room, all you need :) The room was big, with a balcony and furnished with a small kitchen with cutlery and pans. The bed was comfortable and the host was really friendly. Quiet location with available public parking space. The main reason to chose it is that it is cheap. Very clean, good location, near the beach. I loved that the apartment was crystal clear. Air conditioning and cooker worked good and everything else was exactly like in the offer. I highly recommend! The owner was super kind, and she cares a lot, does everything to make you feel comfortable, very very mindful person. The place is super clean and very near to the beach, Mavros Molos. We will return for sure! ????
Kissamos as a location not for me. Was to stay two nights but got up early and left after one night. Not great view from room. All was a little bit outdated. The view from our room was not the best. Luckily the dog was not barking at night. Air conditioner works really loud. Shower without protection, so water every where. It was so difficult to clean hair. But cleaning was good and location near to the sea. The dog in the abandoned building across the way ?. We find difficult to set the the correct temp. on AC. The shower was without curtain so bathroom flooded every time. Thin walls, noisy neighbours. Our balcony was very close to the building next door and the neighbours could easily see into our room. But the balcony doors have blinds and curtains. Old and rusted furniture and kitchen. Single beds instead of one double bed. The pictures when booking are much better than reality. Comfort of the bed was not there and - maybe it is just the particular flat we got - the view of the balcony was to a old building. Behind that building there was the lovely sea front... Kitchenette could be better, no oil/salt/pepper available, poorly equipped kitchen. No WiFi, kitchenette was not functioning
