Cons. BIG MISTAKE I booked this specific SpringHill Suites By Marriott Hotel in Orlando Kissimmee thru Kayak web site. When we arrived at "mid night" the front desk told us that booking number does not belong to them. They tried to send me to a totally different Hotel called Calypso located behind SpringHill Suites. I refused to go there because I did not book that Hotel. So Calypso Hotel charged me for non-show up fee of $30.00 + 2 night. ?? This Web Site are Using False rate and wrong Advertising.
Pros. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons. I had to wait 2 hours after a long flight to Orlando to get a room. The front dest would not give me a room because they couldn't find my confirmation number after I booked my hotel. I had to call Orbits myself and finally realized that the hotel informed the address wrong to Orbits. Once I got to the correct hotel I spent 45 mins more because the front desk kept taking people ahead of me and would not give me a key to go in my room. Once I got into my room I wanted to shower and a couple walked into my room with another key. I was scared to sleep that night and had informed the managers but they didn't do anything to accommodate me. The access key was also broken and every time I would try to get in I was locked out. I walked back to the front desk 4 times and they finally gave me a brand new card. Overall, I had a horrible nightmare of a stay and decided to head to another resort.
