Cons. Shower is separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass door! Are you kidding me?? There are kids in the room and you can see right into the shower, it offered no privacy for the person in the shower!! Needs to change !! Put up a real wall!!
Pros. After my review on Trip Advisor, I was slightly nervous about booking. Once we got to our suite, we couldn't figure out what anyone had to complain about. We stayed for 6 nights. After 2 nights we were offered a poolside suite, because they were going to be paving and didn't want the noise to bother us. If you are one of those people that is just looking for the slightest imperfection to complain about, fork out the cash to stay at the Grand Floridian. For the non-complainers, this place is perfect. We stayed for 6 days and don't have a single complaint.

Cons. The security and staff interrupting the service desk every few moments for unimportant things, while they're trying to provide service to guests was the only issue I had with the hotel.

Cons. I stayed in room 213 and my sliding door in the room did not open. I had a garden view near the playground and some of the guests were very loud during the late night/ morning which woke me up quite early and the channel selection wasn't my cup of tea.
