Cons (-) Shower is separated from the bedroom by a frosted glass door! Are you kidding me?? There are kids in the room and you can see right into the shower, it offered no privacy for the person in the shower!! Needs to change !! Put up a real wall!!

Cons (-) The security and staff interrupting the service desk every few moments for unimportant things, while they're trying to provide service to guests was the only issue I had with the hotel.

Cons (-) I stayed in room 213 and my sliding door in the room did not open. I had a garden view near the playground and some of the guests were very loud during the late night/ morning which woke me up quite early and the channel selection wasn't my cup of tea.
