Service and spa
Beach Club?Pool bar - too many children and not enough staff.
bad staff , bad security treatment , no respect for privacy, not friendly at all . for couple i dont recommend it at all . want better hotels in kuwait try seashell , muvanpick or rotana where you will feel your money value and have full respect
it is a comfortable hotel specially for families. the best part is that is near the beach.
I was did not feel easy when the security staff kept following us each time we moved around in the hotel in the Delux queen suites area. it was rediculous.
the furniture the ambient and the very frindly staff
bugs control!! you can find ants in the bathroom in big nombers
Lots of space, decent pools and beach. The best spa pool I've seen... Good shuttle service and excellent quality and selection of food. Clean and bright. The beach is bigger than most and clean.
It is quite a distance from the city if you are on business - I wasn't, just meeting my wife for the weekend. My wife arrived first and was checked into a different room from me! My luggage then went missing for 1 1/2 hours - which is quite a chunk out of a weekend. The hotel is incredibly expensive, as is all of Kuwait. Kuwait is dry - no alcohol at all. £8.
