The location is great within walking distance from all what is needed. The staff is very nice and helpful.
There is no lift in the hotel, we had to climb many stairs to get to the room carrying our luggage, that was not comfortable at all. The room was very small for three members of the family. The breakfast is just a piece of muffin and yogurt, that was not what we expected!
- location - clean + well equipped
- small rooms (we took a double bedroom) : most of the room in Japan are small but this one was especially tricky. Bed was on the floor, in a corner, with the air conditioning right above and directed to your face) - located above a parking ... and windows giving on the lights - no English speaking staff
The staff was very friedly. The room was comfortable (we had "Kaki" room). There is a bus stop not far away from the hotel. There is a very nice view from the rooftop where we enjoyed the free breakfast (a youghurt and a brioche).
Was a nice stay in this Hotel. Very friendly staff, we got lots of information about where to go. And super clean rooms!
For us the room was just too small (double room) - there was no space to actually open our suitcase. Also the restaurant/coffee shop of the place seemed always to be closed when we were there. But well - as the location is so amazing it was still a great time there.
Very good location. Nice and friendly staff.
The room was much smaller than expected. The AC was not strong enough.
